As a user, I find Dropbox incredibly helpful in solving the problem of limited storage on my devices. It allows me to effortlessly sync and access my files across multiple devices, which greatly improves my productivity. Computer Software

Reliable, fast, and easy

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox syncs more quickly and reliably than both Google drive and One drive in my experience. 8 have used all 3 for many years and can definitely day Dropbox is the most dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see it targeted more towards the business sector. Most companies I've worked at view it as somewhat of a "home product" and either prohibit or discourage its use. This is unfortunate as the usual alternative is one drive which doesn't work nearly as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup and multi device access to all of my files. I often use Dropbox to access personal files on my personal laptop from my phone or even my work computer at times.

  • June 12, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox's seamless integration with Mail, Office Suits, and other useful applications is indeed quite superb.
Dropbox app is quite lite and it has an ability to run on low speed and bandwidth networks on mobile as well as on desktop/laptop computers.
Both the mobile as well as computer versions are quite simple, fast, easy to use , and install-configure.
Customer support is rarely needed.
I strongly recommend using Dropbox for daily and regularly usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free storage limitation should be increased to minimum 1 TB.
No. of devices that could be integrated should be increased to 6-8.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative document sharing and editing is beneficial to us.

Dropbox makes work a piece of cake!

  • June 12, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Always having your work and important files backed up to the cloud is of HUGE importance. Dropbox makes working in multiple places or with multiple people a seamless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish Dropbox could actually do my work for me. :D But, seriously, a useful feature would be a way to detect duplicate files so as to cut down on total storage, leaving more room for additional files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of storing files and always being able to access them no matter where I am.
