Easy and Worthwhile
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Sign is easy to use and makes obtaining necessary signatures a breeze. There is plenty of features to make it worth the price. It is great for the less technologically savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard for recipients to see the email they receive with documents to sign because of how inboxes filter content. I recommend giving a heads up to your email recipients!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is difficult to obtain signatures for important documents within our completely online industry.

EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
It's easier to send information/ get signatures on documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging to use if have MacBook, had to use mouse to access parts of the form I was trying to complete. But other then that it's easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending intake forms to clients/ reducing waste and physical papers/ easier to upload into Electronic Records.
This has made my life so much easier

The speed of which the signatures are collected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to pay for it out of my own pocket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to collect signatures from teachers, social workers, administrator, and parents. Now I can collect them same day and get special education documents implemented the next day.
Drop Box Sign, Making Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that DropBox Sign is quick, easy, safe & Secure to use. This allows us to utilize business forms and save time and money with the simplicity of knowing our signatures and information is safe in DropBox.
What do you dislike about the product?
When our company attaches a credit card form, we cannot attach anyone else to the form. So therefore our sales rep do not know or see when a contract comes back signed. They have to email into the office, or call to see if something has been signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves our company and employes time by collecting signatures online verses having to drive and get the information in person. Helps collect critical information safely.
Easy process to send contracts to clients.
What do you like best about the product?
It made processing my contract very fast, instead of having clients physically sign the contracts to send them back. In the year that I've been using it, I've been happy with everything it offers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't send through a CRM, which makes it a drawback if I change the way my workflow goes in the future.

It made sending contracts to clients fast and simple!

I really like how easy it is to use. It's pretty self explanatory.

Lack of videos of best tips, or any other videos on training on feature set.

Getting contracts signed and sensitive docs reviewed.
Pretty good and straight forward
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to build templates and send docs for bulk sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it works pretty good. I would like if it would pre-populate the sign boxes in the places where you need information versus clicking and dragging and rearranging. It can also be a bit challenging when trying to CC people or resend to someone else. And sometimes people will forward and it doesn't work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a quick e-signature and people appreciate that it's seamless.
Good system, would recommend.

Easy user interface. I like how it interfaces with google for logins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a challenge to log in while using Chrome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier to have client e-sign forms rather than have them sign and scan back to me.

I like the gmail integration and how it automatically pulls attachments and reattaches them once signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gidget sometimes doesn't work for email attachments.

Integration and ease of reusing the same document over and over.
Simple & Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox Sign has all the tools needed to edit forms, and add signatures and dates - but it is also super simple and intuitive. I haven't had any signers comment that it was difficult to use from their end.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe Dropbox Sign allows document pages to be moved around or deleted once uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a medical office and using Dropbox Sign has expedited contract and agreements, or simple forms that required doctor signatures to be complete.
