What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for storing my documents as I have access to them from wherever I need them. I also have many shared folders with coworkers which allows us to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't have multiple people working in the same file at a time

Efficiency in getting work done and eliminating some uses of email
So easy to keep track of everything

I like that all my information is backed up away from my computer. I like that I can access it from my phone. Also, I like how easy it is to share a folder with a client or employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to share a document with another person, from my phone. It wants to share a link to the document instead of the actual document. I have to download it to my phone first, then I can share it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of sharing documents with my clients and employees

What do you like best about the product?
My personal favorite use for Dropbox is how I can use it to share files and collaborate easily with international colleagues. I can save PDFs of the internet to my Dropbox from my phone -- super convenient for sharing research papers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've lost progress/past versions of a word doc once when the computer it was on was shut down unexpectedly... that rather surprised me -- I thought autosave and Dropbox versioning would've saved me.

Sharing files and collaborating securely across a lot of international boundaries and technology environments

Dropbox is so easy to access from any device. I've used it in my business since it first came out and it's always been completely reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Dropbox is so similiar to using the Window File Explorer that ther is practically no learning curve. Yet it adds version control so you can recover an older version of the file based on the last time you edited or saved the file. You can choose to have your data only stored in the cloud or fully stored on the device of your choice such as PC or laptop. I use it daily. I have yet to call or contact customer support as it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything I particular dislike about Dropbox. It's easy to install and utilize with other applications like Microsoft Word. What' not to like?

Dropbox is as simple way to backup my data and share it across devices.
Dropbox is my life work backup.

The synchronization among different devices, version control, and simplicity of use.

The automatic sync of files could work with AI managing what's most likely to be used to free disk space.

If my devices go missing, I can have a safe night because I have a backup in the cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Drop box in convienent, and they are always introducing new features to their service. I have dropbox across all my devices, its easy to install, and intergrate into different systems.

Wish there could be some sort of rewards for users whos been with dropbox for a long period of time

Allowing users to send and receive files with ease. also ease of back up and seamless transition is perfect

Convenience - it is very easy to save files to Drop box and share the link.

No coment - I have not had any issues with Dropbox.

Long Distance Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox almost everyday! I love being able to work on music projects with other people without leaving my studio or having to have visitors. The implementation into your browser or using the app makes Dropbox easy to load up your tracks to Dropbox and share with anyone, anywhere! It very nice how well it intergrates with your Gmail as well and the customer service is quick and reliable.

I honestly can't think of any dislikes, it has everything I need to share files instantly and safely.

Allows me to quickly share or access music files for work and pleasure.
