Dropbox simply works!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it simple to keep important and sensitive files secure and updated aross multiple devices. Sharing documents with others is easy and very secure.
Recovery is also a breeze.

It can hog bandwidth on slow or metred connections, so you must remain vigilant about shutting it off in these situations.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use. Very secure. Easy to recover accidental deleted files. The best Customer Service support there is. I use it multiple times per day. I've been a customer for over 15 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all my files and syncs immediately with my phone, laptop, and desktop. Easy to share with employees and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox daily for all my data and file needs. It's quick, reliable, safe, and, most of all, easy to use. I'd recommend Dropbox to all small businesses that need a secure data transfer platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox seems to lag when transferring larger files. I transfer a lot of images and DWG files, and it takes time, especially from a different cloud-based platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from home and moving files from our internal server to our remote-based employees.
I love this program it has become my go to for everything document sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I can send and receive any document zipped up and in a folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time the receiver has a hard time figuring out how to access the documents.

I have to send large files particulary MRI's to doctors and its a snap!

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and how it integrates with the local computer file system whilst also allowing controlled external sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If two people access the same file you get a sharing issue and a conflicted copy is stored and you have to merge changes manually afterward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With teams in different locations and on the go can access and share information. Also it is secure if something happens to local computers/tablets/phones

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to share photos and video for my business with my clients. Easy to use, even from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little bit less expensive for more storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to share sometimes very large video or photo files. Dropbox can handle that no problem and makes it easy to share the link so my clients can download what I'm sharing.

I love how easy it is to share large files. I can share large videos and large photo files with ease and download them no problem! I can also purpchase the space I need and organize everything my name and folder with is a must for me and my businesses!

Sometimes downloading can glitch and not work sometimes.

It's solving the organization issue and sharing of large files.

Looks like just an organised folder on my laptop. I need to oftern share installation programms, which are normally blocked. Dropbox makes it really easy for me to share links to the correct version program to suit my clients. It just works!

I have no real dislikes. It does what I need it to and how I like it.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate mirroring to my machines. Don't have to worry about updates, or earlier versions (though I've occasionally restored things foolishly deleted). I can and do work between my office and portable machines seamlessly. I don't even think about "integrating" Dropbox into my workflow--it IS my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that my account allows me to sync only 2 machines. Used to be 3, and that's important for me.

Losing the USB drive I used to haul between home and office.
