Perfect For The Family
What do you like best about the product?
The best use I have for Dropbox is that the family can use it to access family photos from anywhere. They can add, remove, and share pictures from there. It's a great tool for the family.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Dropbox is that I have to choose which drive I'm using for every save. It gets annoying at times when time is of the essence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share delicate family photos without giving them up or losing them. Everyone who has access can do the same. It's perfect.
Excellent Product & Service
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and easy to use. Saving files is simple and takes minimal amount of time. Love that it is always saving as I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the person I share a file with still has to ask permission from the sender of the file to view the file. By sending the file to a particular person, that is already confirmation they have permission to view is.

Securing all my documents so I can always have access to them

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a great cloud storage solution. Dropbox makes it easy to share files among collaborators. It is also great for sending large files. For remote workers, a cloud solution like Dropbox is essential. It allows people in different locations to all work on a project together. Features like file-syncing and the ability to revert to older versions are available, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Dropbox is that it uses up storage space for both users when a folder is shared. It'd be nice if it only used space on the sharer's account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When collaborating with fellow designers, keeping the files in the cloud allows teams to access and work on files. When sending large files, Dropbox makes it easy to upload and download them.

I have so many documents i need to keep track of. And sometimes I don't always have my computer on me. Its so wonderful that I can grab my iPad of my phone and always have access to what ever document I need

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about dropbbox is we can try storing on cloud upto 2 GB absolutely free of cost and also it can be shared seamlessly and almost quickly to anyone. Moreover, we can define access (view or change) for someone we are sharing the files to.

Dropbox should give more storage free of cost upto 15 GB so users can use it free of cost and can have more good user experience.
Also, dropbox can be optimised for more faster experience in mobile apps.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Files can be scanned in real time and can restrict individual to download any suspecious files. Also, dropbox integration with outlook or gmail is superb.
Great Cloud Based Service for All Users
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a great service that I've used for years. I'd first used it at home before using it professionally. My favorite feature is the seamless integration with Windows, that I find is even better then Microsoft's own OneDrive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much I dislike. The pricing can be more expensive if you don't renew when there are sales. Unfortunately, not all programs can be intergrated in Dropbox for multi-users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly used to sync my progress with my colleagues' via Dropbox. With remote work, this was a great help, especially during the COVID period, as we had no choice in some cases to self-isolate if we fell ill.
The convenience of being able to have access to my files in the field is amazing! Truly helpful!

THe annual fee is pretty high at $127 just for more storage....

Easy and useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly this program is since I am not tech savvy. I use this to upload audio files to send clients and like that a link is easy to copy/paste to my clients, whether or not they have the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had issues with dropbox to dislike this program
