I have used Dropbox forever and it has been amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can have all documents on multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending multiple attachments in email and the ability to do so.

Making it easier to navigate between multiple devices.
Best safe filing system
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use, plugs right into your system, and can be used both cloud-based and installed into your computer. I use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little pricey but it's worth the safety features it provides.

It's a cloud-based, easy to use file sharing system.

What do you like best about the product?
The comfortability and ease of use. With the introduction of security controls, that helps us secure data properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delay in notification of changes. Maybe it's a setting to adjust, but that stood out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removal of USB drives and alot of emails notifying you of changes. Helps keep the environment secure.
Dropbox is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for over 10 years and it has always been reliable; it's always on, and I actually feel it's more secure than my home backup Synology NAS. I also like that I could install Dropbox on external storage, which is a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the sync time could be a little faster, but that is minimal.

I do not use Dropbox for business much.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can access Dropbox from any computer, or really any device, no matter where I am. I am constantly moving from one computer, to another, on my phone, or travelling, and having access to all of my documents really helps.
A few years back we had a virus infect company computers, and I was able to use time machine, and go back and recover all of my documents within dropbox, which is an aweseome feature.

The only downside is having to pay for more storage

I love that can access Dropbox from anywhere. The mobile app works great and it intercepted great with iOS. Would recommmend 10/10

I work on several computers in several locations. This solves the problem of accessing my files wherever I go. It also serves as my reliable backup for all my files and work.

I can access my files anytime, anywhere as long as I am connected to the internet.

I once lost my files due to Dropbox not syncing my desktop files. That was the downside of Dropbox. It is only after this incident that my files are synching from my desktop.
And collaborative work is not ideal as working on the same file, sometimes creates duplicate files.

I dont have to carry a harddrive to store my work. I can save my work on the cloud.
Easy transition from phone to computer
What do you like best about the product?
I have Dropbox on my phone and computer and it makes it so simple to transfer files from my android to my Mac. time
