What do you like best about the product?
The seamless syncing between desktop and remote laptops when out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints, works as advertised. Makes your files truly portable.

I was able to work with my team to edit multiple spreadsheets at once for an upcoming event! We layed out all plans, budgets, etc with ease. I love the organization it provides

Sometimes when more than one person is trying to work on something it gets glitchy

Before with our current system the document could only be edited by one person at a time, now multiple people can work at once!

can see a bit outdated would be better to have a more modern members area to navigate

Dropbox is a business must-have!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has saved me so many times when I've had to go back years and look for client paperwork. As a Realtor we are only required to keep documents 4 years but with Dropbox I have been able to keep all from my 20+ years in the business. Right now I'm working with a client that I sold a house to 14 years ago and you can imagine how happy I was to find their survey when they couldn't. I'd be lost without Dropbox leeping it all safe for me.

Nothing I can think of. It's always worked great for me!

Solves the problem of not losing documents and not having enough storage on my computer to keep 20+ years of documents.

What do you like best about the product?
A centralized place that allows me access to my documents from anywhere. I can scan important documents from my scanner directly into Dropbox and I can see them from any of my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Photo upload app sometimes doesn't work and I don't always catch it.

Allows access to documents from anywhere. Don't need to be on a specific device to have access to the information I need.

With several devices, various businesses, I rely on DropBox to keep me functioning and organized. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to remain efficient in their business!

I don't have any thing I dislike about DropBox. I've used it for years and will continue to do so!

Maintains all business files securely, but allows them to be accessed anywhere by anyone on my team with the appropriate permissions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access my files anywhere, anytime. I've never experiences a glitch -- ever. It was easy to set up and I love that I have an icon on all my devices to easily access Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I've been using Dropbox probably since it's inception and I have zero complaints which is unusual for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I travel a lot and rather than storing my information only only hard drive, it's available everywhere I go. It has the flexibility for me to download my files if I'm flying and need to work on my documents then it uploads to the cloud and I have access to all the new information on all of my devices. I can also send files to people who need them at any time. It's an invaluable tool.

Automatically syncing of computer files.

The only thing would be the cost, but if you have the money go for it!

Backing up critical files to be utilized from any device. Also, securely transferring files.
