Easy and Accessible File Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for probably close to a decade now. My whole family uses it for file sharing among the tech-saavy and not so tech-saavy. We are a completely Apple- centric family and being able to share files just like we save them on our computers has been a huge success for us! I used Dropbox in college, too, and recommended it to many friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not reallocated found a downside to using Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not everyone I work with is in close proximity to me, so the ease of sharing files by dropping them into a folder saves so much more time than sending and attaching files to an email.

What do you like best about the product?
The sync time is very fast. I never need to wait for long as I ve seen in other platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes dropbox makes the other file of there 2 persons are editing and saving the same file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't to worry about the working device any more. I can work on any device and my files wil be shared and synced among the devices. I don't need to bring my laptop everywhere because I can access the file on mobile app.
Organization of instructional materials for numerous courses
What do you like best about the product?
I organize and store all of my teaching materials for the numerous courses I teach and I can access them from any computer. Before I started using Dropbox, my materials would be saved in word, powerpoint, excel, etc. and I would have to send them to myself to save them on my desktop computer vs my laptop. I use dropbox all day long every day. I upload and integrate my documents to my learning management system when setting up each course and for each lecture. I've only had a positive experience using Dropbox. It actually has been life changing for me. I've used it for many years and have never had to access their customer supoort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not had a negative experience with Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox as an individual. It saves me numerous hours by increasing my organization and having all my teaching materials in one place accessible by any computer.
Easy and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
No extra action needed to sync contents, just drag, drop, copy, paste files or do whatever you'd normally do with your files in the folder that you selected as Dropbox folder, Dropbox will handle the syncing for you. It's very intuitive, I use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any specific downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to access the same files from different devices, with intuitive interfaces, I don't have to open a Dropbox interface to do extra work, just interact with my system file storage as I normally do.
Couldn't live without it
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access files wherever I am working. Scan feature. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy using dropbox. The only concern i ever had was that it doesn't auto sign me out and I was concerned when I used a public computer at the office that I hadn't logged out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all my files with me wherever I am so I always have the information I need.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been my business partner since the early days of my business in 2007. It has allowed for international collaboration and to work from home and the studio with all files at a click away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a dislike to be honest it has served me well ever since.

International collaboration and also sending large files.

As of today, I have not found any issues with dropbox or dislikes.

Dropbox today allows me the ability to back up all my files safely and easily via the cloud.
My working life would be so much harder without Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
That I can access it from any of my devices, and that I can share files with my collaborators. And that I can send a Dropbox link to files to anyone anywhere.

I honestly can't think of any. It does everything I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps files off my hard drive and in the cloud so that I have access to them from any of my devices. I have an instant backup of my files and can go back to a previous version of any given file if I've accidentally deleted something I didn't intend to.
I am a translator, and I have my translations reviewed by a second person. I can simply drop a given file into a shared folder, and the reviewer can access it instantly - and I can then see their comments instantly, too. And if I accidentally leave a file open that another person is working on, Dropbox synchs the two versions.
