Dropbox: Simple to Use for Everyone in Our Organization
What do you like best about the product?
We like that Dropbox is simple and easy to use for everyone across our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t have any specific complaints about Dropbox. Overall, we’re happy with how we use it and with our experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a safe, secure way to share files with each other. We also need to be able to share links with people, and that works well. It is making things run more simply for our team.
Reliable File Management with Some Complexity
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to store, back up, and share files securely across devices. It makes accessing documents and collaborating with others quick and easy. I like Dropbox's simplicity and reliability, especially with automatic sync across devices and good integration. The shared folders and link-based access are very effective, and the seamless file access across devices makes day-to-day work much easier. I find it reduces duplicate files and confusion, keeping things simple and secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
File version history and recovery can be confusing to navigate. Improved comparison between versions and bulk version management are needed. Additionally, the initial setup was difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to store, back up, and share files securely across devices, making collaboration quick and easy. It solves file loss, version control, and large file sharing issues by offering reliable backup and link-based sharing.
Works Without Fuss: 30-Day Version History + Zoom & Slack Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
It’s just work without fuss. It let me focus on work without dragging me in bunch of settings. 30 days version history and integration with zoom and slack are the best

Free plan is limited. UI is not good as google docs though better than Zoho docs

I like Dropbox for its easy use, which makes storing documents and files straightforward. It helps me by not taking up too much space on my desktop or laptop. I also enjoy being able to share with other users. The initial setup of Dropbox was very easy.

Dropbox Makes Storing Anything Safe, Secure, and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I can put next to anything into dropbox and it is safely secured and easy to use and go though.

Sometimes I am concerned with my photos not being available or difficult to access. I am sometimes afraid of being being lost.

In actuality I like to save a lot of stuff and I know my stuff is protected. It is also useful for sharing.

The best about Dropbox i can say is the offline access availability and the automatic backup on cloud.

Little expensive software, need improvement in the search option and also the storage capacity is very small in the free plan.

Since Dropbox is a cloud based solution it is very simple to upload, store and share the files and make them available on all major Operating system and devices.

1) The cost of using the platform is quite high which is not feasible for small teams to afford it.
2) Permissions are great way of restricting access to the files but fine-grained level access are limited.
3) The performance issues can be seen when working with large number of repositories and files.

Dropbox is helping our organization in streamlining the storage of files of all sizes in a better effective and efficient way. The files are easily stores, accessed and shared among the teams in the real-time which enhances our teams productivity.
