Hellosign has been very beneficial in making quick and effective transactions.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the accessibility of everything. It is very user-friendly. My favorite feature when using hello sign is the ability to tag every file. This helps categorize each document for organizational purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say that for what the product is promising to deliver, it does above and beyond. I have not had any issues with the product and have greatly enjoyed using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that an e document is posible is fantastic. Not having to go get a wet signature because of this program saves time and money. It is legally binding, so it solidifies the validity.

What do you like best about the product?
Rapid turn around for signatures. Lowers many logistical barriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be good to be able to jump back directly to earlier steps in the document setup process, instead of returning in a linear fashion, step by step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved lots of time getting contracts signed!

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is so easy to use, you can upload many documents at once, add text to the docs on the hellosign platform, and so many more perks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of much. HelloSign is my preferred choice in document signature services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign has been extremely helpful in sending out offer letters and incentive plans to our employees.

I like that the controls are intuitive and make it easy to customize fields.

Resizing text boxes can sometimes be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a remote environment it is nearly impossible to use actual signatures. Digital signatures are critical.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload and assign approves to document and also how I can add check marks, titles, or even text boxes to pdf documents. I also like that I can assign a signing order so certain people can approve first or last.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to pull the word version from the documents page. We've had people from our team leave and unable to find the word version that was sent and can only re-download the pdf version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have locations across the US and overseas so this helps us review and approve documents with more ease and without the need to print, sign, and scan documents to each other.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ease of use, The quickness of getting documents signed and completed, Knowing when a customer has viewed the documents, i don't know, I do know it cheaper,
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customer has a hard time completing. no, it works fine. sometimes the customer gets hung up, maybe be able to sign documents that are sent to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of getting contracts signed and back to me. Yes, I am not running around getting clients signing paperwork, Yes for the same reason, much better professionally

Easy to use. There is a template and duplication function which i can reuse the old messages that I've sent out before.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the formatting of the date and alignment are not very accurate

Documents that need signatures. That a signature can be generated easily and signed docs can be done easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to make edits in the document once its uploaded for signing. Here I am referring, to when no one has signed the document. This means I have to cancel it and re-do the entire document upload again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to print it then sign it, and then scan it back and share it with everyone. Instead the same document can be signed in the order of sequence online without having to print it multiple times, lot of time saving. Above all paper saving, environment friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, simple, and easy to use for us and for recipients; you can add multiple signatories to a document and it sends the document for signature in order; you can also cc individuals who need to receive a copy of the document but do not need to sign
What do you dislike about the product?
after a certain period of time, the document link expires and the recipient is not able to view it anymore, even though you can still send reminders the link does not work anymore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is online and saved so much time and paper; the recipient does not need access to HelloSign, very easy to use as the recipient just needs to click on a link they receive on their email;
HelloSign, the better alternative to DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
I love HelloSign's ability to produce templates and send them to the necessary parties without rewriting the actual content. DocuSign is great, but it has limited submissions throughout the year. The ability to send unlimited forms is the reason I opted for HelloSign.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have is certain limited functionality on the HelloSign mobile app, which, for instance, does not allow the user to cancel a previously sent form. The desktop or laptop computer is the only option to complete the cancellation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign enables me to send existing templates to the necessary parties. The template feature minimizes my time spent, focusing on other business tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you find DocuSign too expensive with limited forms available, try HelloSign. It is a fantastic alternative to DocuSign. I am well-pleased with HelloSign and highly recommend it!
