Good Concept, Not Enough Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that dropbox allows you to use and manage files with large storage requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it's very user friendly or that there are a lot of up front instructions on how to use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used it to send large files before, but not frequently.

Ease of use! I had some documents I needed to open but had some issues with other platforms. These documents I needed to access were able to be opened and used with Dropbox with ease

I had issues with specific documents and information that other platforms were giving some pushback and not able to work with

Nothing comes to me. The solid product that does what it's supposed to do. I don't have any faults with it.

A Reliable Cloud Storage Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for years, and I genuinely can't imagine my workflow without it. The way it seamlessly syncs files across my devices is just effortless - I can start working on my laptop, switch to my phone on the commute, and everything's right there, exactly as I left it.
The interface feels intuitive and polished, which I really appreciate compared to other cloud services I've tried. When collaborating with teammates, the real-time syncing and file sharing just works, without the usual headaches of version conflicts.
Sure, it's not the cheapest option out there, but the reliability and peace of mind are worth every penny to me. The Smart Sync feature has saved my laptop's storage more times than I can count.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a great way to share large files with colleagues. I keep a folder of images that people inside and outside my organization often need and the file sizes are huge. My Dropbox folder makes it easy to just share the link so that anyone can access the files they need. Makes my life way easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much I don't like. It's easy to organize files and folders, easy to find what you need, and easy to access your information. No complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am limited in the number of images I can email out, plus every time someone needs these same images I was having to go find and collect them. Just keeping them in my Dropbox is much simpler.

Dropbox provide multiple platforms on mobile, desktop, tablet and data is synchronise seamlessly.

Dropbox is a great online cloud for files. The syncing between my phone and laptop is very fast especially when I need to get my files turned in right before a deadline.

There is nothing that I dislike about dropbox. As far as I have been using it, I have not found anything negative.

When dealing with projects thatr contain a large group of people, being able to share our assets via Dropbox makes our work process much more streamlined.

Sometimes, I lose a bit of quality in the videos I upload from/download to Dropbox but it is never truly damaging to our projects.

Dropbox solves the problem of having a large file that needs to get to someone else in a quick timeframe. It is so helpful to share and recieved elements for video editing.
