I have used Dropbox for my real estate business for 14 years. Works great for me.
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to access my files anywhere by using my google account. I don't need to worry about back ups and downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some files are accidentally deleted without my awareness. This makes me concerned. The customer support is not helpful. It has to be in email. I tried once and didn't get what I need. So I started back up the files periodically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access my files anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to upload a file, rename it to what I want and then save.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't rename the file, then they all start to look the same. IE, invoice 34545, invoice 34555, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to keep track of my mother's file and my files at the same time and I'm able to differentiate hers from mine with renaming them.

File syncing is second to none
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox and other variations of file-syncing services, but my experience has been that Dropbox is by far superior to other services I have tried. Many times when using a competitors service I have been working on files on my desktop that I need on my phone, moved files into the sync folder, and headed out the door to meet with the client trusting that the files will be on my phone when I arrive. However often more than not, the files hadn't finished syncing whether they are small or large. I've switched solely to dropbox because the file syncing is almost instantaneous before I have left the house. Extremely reliable and highly recommended. Implementing it with both the desktop and phone apps is extremely straight forward and simple. I use and rely on it all the time to sync the files across my devices, whether I need it on my desktop or my phone's app. It is super easy to integrate into my workflow, and is the standard of filesyncing as far as I'm concerned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, Dropbox covers everything I need and it has performed for what I need it to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to sync my files succesfully across multiple devices, while also allowing me to access my files online.

What do you like best about the product?
The automatic syncing and ease of use for the app is great. Much better integration than other cloud softwares. The desktop app for mac also allows you to view items right on desktop as local files. I literally use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sign in process can be very annoying. Passkeys are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple users editing excel files for research projects. This would be impossible to do without a cloud service like dropbox.
Seamless across all tech
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of connecting multiple devices to have access to a shared cloud storage is huge. I frequently save things to Dropbox from my phone and access again later on my laptop. It's a productivity and efficiency aspect to Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs seem to be going up which makes me consider competitors. I've been a Dropbox subscriber for 10+ years and I don't really want to leave, but for the price I can easily get a cheaper option that is slightly less seamless.

Dropbox is Great, Convenient Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can upload files to dropbox and access them from any device. I like that I can selectively sync folders from dropbox onto my pc, so I don't have to take up too much space on my device with dropbox files unless I choose to. I use dropbox daily. I like that I can save files directly to my dropbox and the automatically upload; very easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when I use excel or word, a dropbox icon appears on the right hand side of the screen and I have to click and hide the icon.

Can easily use Dropbox on all my devices, both browser and app. I can make lots of folders and subfolders. I can share some folders and not others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm hesitant about having files only available on the cloud, so I keep all files locally and I have to save manually and watch the volume of files.

Integrated scooped storage, easily accessed and categorized.
