Great Security Option
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to securely share information

For clients not used to the product it can take some time to get up and running

Dropbox is essential for our day to day needs!
What do you like best about the product?
We use it to store our files using our mobile phones and now with Dropbox sign, we can ask our clients to sign important documents too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate a few more gigs storage for free if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients that are interstate can share large legal documents with us quickly. We have customers from interstate that we did not have the ability to service as easily.

Being able to share files and access files quickly.

The cost to use Dropbox professinal. It can be considered costly.

I like that Dropbox can integrate with just about every computer and mobile device available.

I wish it were cheaper, but I'm also a realist.

Dropbox solves my problem of being able to access files from just about any device that I'm likely to use. It benefits me by not having to buy external hard drives to store my data.
Reliable storage space
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that I don't have to worry about Dropbox at all. In the time I've been using Dropbox, I haven't had any problems. I know I can share data on other devices, even if I don't use this option extremely often.
For my peace of mind, I know that if I accidentally delete a file, I can recover it in about 30 days. That's a pretty good backup.

I can't think of any drawbacks, perhaps more space would be useful. I'd have to buy some more, I guess.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is extremely fast and easy to set up. I love the file integration between my laptop, Android, and desktop. It's faster and easier to access files from the cloud than it ever was to use to flash drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limiting the amount of connected devices to three devices is a little frustrating, but it is available in pro.

It's helped save time when going back and forth between different devices and being able to collaborate live with other users.

I love how Dropbox helps me keep all my files organized and accessible from several devices. I really enjoy features like scanning documents, taking pictures, sharing docs, and seeing older versions—they streamline my workflow daily. The initial setup was super easy, which was great.

I would like to have more than 5GB. I think the pricing model can be improved, make it a bit cheaper.
