Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I was surprised at the ease of saving and sharing a folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike so far. I just wasn't using it until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The administration seems to stay on top of it.

Easy to use and to install. Does not take much space on disc.

Sometimes takes a bit to upload. Maybe just my internet.

What do you like best about the product?
I run several publications and therefore have tons of files I go through al the time, and the only way I could do it is by having dropbox run in the background! Great product.

Filing system online is confusing, sometimes I cant find my files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need a system that allows me to keep large files off of my computer, but also share them in real time with my team. Dropbox does this.
Easy file storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use for someone with basic computer skills. I like that it is easy to share and also have other people share files with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Storage of free version doesn't really allow for many videos to be stored.

Photo and video storage.

Easy to use. Various features. Also, able to use it on the web.

Limited filesize. Web version is very limited.

easily and systematic application also I can open the data from any device at any time to check the update everywhere

Dropbox Space still needs to be larger than the current space

Very convenient to use.

The ease of use across various devices helps kepe me updated with latest workings.

Sometime the feature to sync with windows is not responsive.

Reduces the need to go back and forth over the emails. Not having to worry about the latest version of files.
Clunky and less aesthetically pleasing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can use Dropbox to store files. I also like being able to collaborate with a group of colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a little clunky and not very aesthetically pleasing.

It helps me work collaborately on projects with one group I work with.

Get Tool that is Available almost Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access it from almost anywhere I am, where on my phone, table, or a computer. You can access it through a web portal without downloading everything or you can sync to your pc. I use it everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure its a Dropbox issue but sometime I need something and I do bot have internet connectiona dn not get those files, but that is usually remedied by going to where I have a connection.

It allows us to access files on the go. We are not always in the office nad the ease of accessing files on the go is invaluable.
