Dropbox Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to synchronize files between my work computer and home computer. And it just plain works. Every time, no exceptions. I have a folder on my work computer and all subfolders and files within are also on my home computer. If I save it at work, I can open it at home. Sure, there are alternatives, but the setup and upkeep on them is greater than zero and Dropbox is completely effortless once it is setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't need the paid for features and Dropbox tends to push them rather hard. Least expensive option is $120 per year. Well worth it if you need the features though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work on the same files at home and at work.
Easy way to share and transfer large files. Intuitive interface, even for beginners.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to select who can access, as well as to broadly share a file link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of 'central' files and having to go to the DropBox of less experienced users, some of whom are not familiar with the system or its abilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greatly assisting our ability to quickly share LARGE HD video files, animation and graphic designs.
Longtime user - more features added each year

The organization of my files and photos and knowing it is safe.

Nothing I can think of - its great......

It effectively stores my data so I don't have to think about it

Drobox online / offline file status helps save space while letting you know what is in the folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the plan I am on doesn#t have a long-term file history. But it is in the best plan.

Dropbox makes file storage a no-brainer.

I can use Dropbox everywhere. It's easy to use and I don't have to go everywhere to find my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time, I have been using Dropbox for a long time!

I use it all the time. The ease of using my documents anywhere. The best is from my cell phone, I can quickly get to them and edit if necessary and they are saved.
Great service at a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and they are adding new features regularly. It is also super easy to share among groups and businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features they add have no purpose (at least for me), but at least they are trying to innovate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to get and send files. They are also really good at organizing - much easier than other similar products.
10 Years with Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access my files and folders anywhere and it's easy to share with clients and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more files could be previewed in Dropbox. Like PSDs, so I could organize on the go better.

My preferred way to share and collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access my files anywhere, anytime, either right on my desktop or through the web. It has helped reduce file mix-ups and duplication with clients, and I like that I can share and have others edit files. Very helpful when working on projects with multiple people, and a good way to transfer a whole folder of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our board members say they can't access files, but I believe it is often user error. I find it easy to use, but clearly some people have difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In one of our projects, we had to keep track of tedious details and update a table frequently. Dropbox helped us do that, and helped team members keep track of what was done and what was not done
Very handy app. With lots of useful tools.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can up load documents and scan them also. Then I can put them in their own file.
What do you dislike about the product?
Separating the files. That part is confusing.

I don't use like that.
