Easy Way to Preview and Transfer Files
What do you like best about the product?
As a photographer, the ability to share large numbers of photo files easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be more intuitive. I am a photographer sending my clients photos to preview and there is a learning curve for them to learn how to use it. And I HATE the fact that when loading photo files from the app on my phone that you rename every file with the time and date. Leave my file names the way they are! Now they don't match the file names on my PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to send large numbers of photo files (150-200) to my clients and it would take too long to try and email them. It also lets them scroll through a folder with all their photos so they can compare and contrast them.
Side note: Why have a dropdown menu for "What purposes do you use Dropbox" with only one choice??????????

Simply easy, simply great
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, friendly display, syncs everywhere, solutions to share within coworkers and with clients. Lots of space in the pro version, easy to transfer. Love that I can use it as an extension of my computer and can integrate it to my search in Mac. I use it daily
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have and in-app messenger

Storage and easy access to files with a smart organization system

I love how seamlessly it works across all my devices, with easy user interface, ability to share with other people, providing access to edit or merely access to view
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was possible to use external encryption. While I mostly Trust the staff at dropbox, it would be nice to have an extra level of encryption for documents and files, that would be separate from the company that way they could not access if accounts were hacked

Sharing live updates
I couldn't survive without Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I link my Window Documents, Photos, Videos and Audio directories to Dropbox so everything is automatically in the cloud and also accessible from my phone. It makes life so easy, and I know my files are always safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes uses quite a lot of CPU on my Windows laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my documents safe and sharing them to my phone and online.

I like the user friendly interface and the ease of uploading and downloading. I also like the ability to sync drop box folder from my MacBook as I am a photographer

I love using Dropbox to organize work and personal files across different devices. It simplifies organization!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to control access to links and organized projects. I love the easy integrations with programs like Zooms. All of our calls automatically get saved to one folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrations fail and have to be reconnected.

We needed a document depository. We needed a place that housed all of our documents, videos, and client files with the ability to restrict who had access to what document or folder.

I love that I don't have to store my files on my computer

What do you like best about the product?
I like that no matter what happens to my physical computer or cell phone, everything that I have saved in Dropbox will still be there. There is lots of room. They update and bring new and helpful programs to your Dropbox regularly, I feel like they are always getting better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my errors will cause duplication of files or pictures. And there isn't a easy way to fix this mistake.

Dropbox often finds easier ways to handle files. I like the updates that it makes.
