A Reliable Storage Option
What do you like best about the product?
The service is easy to use and it 's composed of many useful features. You can implement it easly to all your devices. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's storing all the files and documents I'm not able to store anywhere else.
Perfect for my needs -- organization of files and photos
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, new features introduced/offered, the "automatic" backup from my iphone so I always have pictures saved to Dropbox. Also, ability to share photos or folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find what I'm looking for -- if there's a better way to organize, I don't know it. Also not sure why on my laptop the photos show as they do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage and organization of photos and documents - ability to share with others, so helps us not only find the needed photos/docs, also allows us to actually use them

I love that I can access it from all devices and its easy to upload and download all my files

I dont have anything to say. I like everything about it.

It allows me to store all the galleries from the weddings I plan.
Great product, works well no issues.
What do you like best about the product?
Very consistent. Files are available anywhere, anytime. Very easy to use, files appear on desktop like any other. I don't know about the other features, I plan to find out more about the digital signature options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides, but potentially if it goes down you don't have any of your files. The search feature does not work well. As I enter more specific information it tends to get less accurate for some reason.

It allows me to store all of my data in such a way that I can access it from anywhere with an internert connection.
Extremely Useful & Good UI
What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI, it works with mac so its the same, easy to use. I use it almost every day. Ithas plenty of features, and the seemless integration with my mac is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support could be a little bit better and easier to find.

File Sharing many documents that are word documents is very useful. Dropbox over Drive any day

Honestly, nothing. It just works, just like I need it to.

Keeping my sheet music collection accessible when I'm on the go. It makes me look organized to my clients.
Peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
Quick troublefree use across multiple platforms. Accessibility across multiple cellphones, laptop, and desktop make it very easy to access my important documents and daily photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I also use Dropbox passwords. Wish it was a bit easier to auto fill in some browsers.

I like the photo storage feature for my cellphone. It's now easier to use. Less frustration viewing photos.
Great experience with DropBox
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using DropBox for 5 years. Still, I store my important files. Also, share the files with my clients. It's very user-friendly.

Their price is expensive. I subscribed after a few months I canceled the subscription.

My files were deleted. I contacted their support and they help me to restore my files.
Dropbox is Essential
What do you like best about the product?
All my work documents available on all my devices.

I do wish that the free version of Dropbox offered more storage capacity.

Access to work documents across multiple devices. This is essential to my work an academic with teaching and research responsibilities.
Your one stop storage
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access it globally from a decent interface and to also share files with unique links each time. Dropbox is my daily lifeline which is used for work, play and long-term storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
When file-sharing / folder-sharing, often the receiver is unable to edit as they're not on an equal paid account as mine which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to share cross platform for both business and private use. The immediate benefit is cost and time saving.
