Very effecient
What do you like best about the product?
I have had drop box a long time. I have never encountered a problem. Whenever I needed to consult customer service, they would get back to me quickly and help solve my issue immediately. That is why I still keep dropbox. I have had them for around 10 years now. Super ease to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything I don't like or want to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no problems. All the changes only enhance the already amazing cloud service.
Dropbox is an all encompassing cloud storage experience
What do you like best about the product?
You can always access Dropbox on the computer and the go. I can access everything I need at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more storage, but I am not worried about not having enough room.

It is allowing for easy collaboration with files between multiple users.

I use dropbox with all of my research projects' coauthors. Given that most of us do not work at the same institution, using dropbox significantly enhances the efficiency of our work by sharing updates and progress real time!

With all the features that dropbox offers, I am satisfied with this product so far and will continue to use it.

Limited storage to 2 GB which is somewhat little for most users.

Ability to keep items backed up on the cloud. Works in the background. I have used it for 12 years now

Limited free storage, only 5 GB. You can only go back a few versions back.

I can work across multiple machines without having to physical move files.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have not had a issue with the service. I can't remember it ever going down or being unavailable. I use it sometimes as it is easier to use than other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use it on mobile devices as I find it a bit too much to use there. It also has cost associated with the subscription.

Dropbox allows me to share drafts of documents without the worry of size limitations. This makes the drafts move more quickly through revision steps.
Easy and Simple!
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to use especially with windows! The web version has a great, simple interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for many years and there is not anything I dislike about it.

I have all of my files in a secure location that I easily can access via my mobile phone, tablet or PC. I can also share content with people inside and outside my organization without issue
