Great workspace!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can easily access the latest versions of research. This is particularly helpful since I am an academician.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little too high. Discounts should be available for students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing research with my advisor, keeping track of files, safe place to collaborate.
Best File Sharing App By Far
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a huge fan of the control that Dropbox affords me when it comes to file sharing. It's by far the best cloud storage app when it comes to access control.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, as the app is always available and I've never had anyone tell me they could access a file I've shared with them.

File sharing, security, content versioning

I love the ability that the entire team can see the documents and add and delete all within the team files. It makes our process so streamlined.

I just like the fact that when you're switching back-and-forth between two different drop boxes (personal and team) that sometimes things don't sync up on the computer correctly and you have to have a window open and then the app signed into a different dropbox account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is saving hours of emailing documents and files back-and-forth between teammates. Being able to put them all in one location so everybody can grab them is a timesaver.

What do you like best about the product?
- The product syncing function is reliable and stable online and locally.
- Not misleading in anyway. Appreciate that it doesn't advertising for a discount, and when you sign up, it actually says it's a discount price because you sign up for a long-term payment plan. It's transparents.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The user interface for Dropbox users. For example, when using doc sign or sharing documents for clients, it can be hard to navigate.

- Had trouble understanding the difference between local and online files and how folders can be shared differently.

I can access the file anywhere with almost no delays.
The Place to Back Up Life
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Dropbox is the fact that you can not only back up your pc but your ios phone as well

I dislike that Dropbox takes up hard drive space on your pc when using it to back up files.

Dropbox is helping me keep all my files in one place to access as well as allowing others to access these same files when they are working on things for me.
Great value for money. Keeps concerns at bay.

In this fast-paced world, it is often a blessing to have freed up storage thanks to Dropbox and to live headache free knowing that memories and important documents alike are being backed up on a reliable service like Dropbox.

I would personally enjoy a more friendly user interface -- possibly some drag and drop features for the phone too and better prices (more affordable)

I love that drop box has a plan for every type of need. From free to very high capacity you can find any plan that meets what you need it to do. I use it every day to get jobs done and share with others. It didn't take long for me to catch on to how it worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit more cumbersome or difficult to use than Google drive but overall it meets the needs that you have. If you have a question they have great customer support so that makes it easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use drop box to share large scale video sharing where we couldn't find other storage options. It allows us to collaborate on an every day basis to all stay on the same page.

Sometimes the interface can get a little confusing and hard to navigate
