We use DropBox all the time for our business
What do you like best about the product?
It is accessible everywhere, quick and safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because multiple people work on files it does create conflict copies often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The safety of storing files that are immediately accessible and are not reliant on a physical drive is invaluable to us. We can safely store our filing there, share it with those we need to share with, organise it as we prefer and be able to recall items that might have otherwise gotten lost.
It's just very easy to use.

The ease of use and the security options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of separate file constituting multiple business with the security features.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it how you can put files there to share with clients and just have somewhere else's to put files! This has been super handy for me. It gives the clients I work with a proper solid framework also so that they can refer to anything even after we've finished sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure, I think I feel like it's all over the place in some case, like I don't know what else it could do, or I don't know what it's capable of but thats on myself I guess

Dropbox is easy to use and has the capacity to upload very large files.

I don't like the fact the font is small.

I use it for sending very large files to my lawyers that i can't do by email.

Solid System that I've Used for Years
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is consistent. I love that it holds everything that I need and can be available at a click of a button on an app or my computer. It's easy to use on windows and mac and I don't have to worry about carrying thumbdrives and external drives everywhere I go. I use it almost everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that dropbox had an airdrop feature for windows so I could easily send things that I have on my phone or mac to my windows computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeping everything organized and in one place so I don't have to worry about the privacy of my online items. I love how secure it it.
Strong Storage Sharing with Minimal Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Dropbox a lot for file sharing, and it's a lot more useful than most file storages at doing that

I do feel that there isn't very much storage on the base plan, but it is enough

Seamless Integration and Reliable Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Dropbox is the ease of sharing documents and storing for long term use. The app works amazing and I use it to continuously backup important documents as well as folders. Allowing the ability to share files with a password enables me to share important documents between clients and others without worrying about the link becoming compromised.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be somehwat frustrating when there are changes; however the intuitive designs quickly allow me to understand the interfacing and adapt myself to find what I need,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to quickly share files with tons of control. For working with clients I am able to manage file versions as well as move files around within the cloud to better organize and create seamless solutions for my clients to receive materials.
A great Service
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very easy to use. As far as someone can use Windows, he will not need any help with Dropbox.

There are no downsides. It is the perfect cloud you need

Convenient cloud access
What do you like best about the product?
My institution had unlimited storage, so I was able to sync my laptop storage contents with the Dropbox account. This gave me ease of mind that my stuff will be saved (prior to learning about the syncing possibility I had lost my files on another laptop that died on me).
What do you dislike about the product?
I just needed to make sure to have my phone on me because the Dropbox account login was through my institution, so I needed to authenticate multifactorially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My department had a shared Dropbox folder that allowed us to share internal materials privately.
