Does what it needs to do for a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
It does what it is supposed to do and is relatively straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The standard plan is not available for a single seat. All I want to do is to increase the number of templates, so this appears to be a gap for indies like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitating contract execution remotely without the need for scanning, etc. While it is primarily for convenience, I find having it all online speeds up contract execution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're independent consultant, it appears to have limitations with how many templates you can keep.

Solid & Easy to use - Fav signature tool after Adobe Sign
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of adding signatures with a drag and drop feature
What do you dislike about the product?
Adobe sign may have a more user-friendly UX, but HelloSign works well enough

I would say try Adobe Sign first, then hellosign. Both are good.
Hello-Sign is well designed
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, accepts all my documents, has templates if you so desire, keeps your old signed ones for easy retrieval too. Price is very acceptable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm an occasional user and do not know of any weaknesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly getting docs e-signed including the e-trail. I needed to retrieve a signed doc from months ago and it was stored on their site.
Super easy and manage our documents!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to add the people necessary to sign the documents, upload the document and send it to the signees so everyone can easily review and approve the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not too much I can think of that I dislike. HelloSign makes it easy to incorporate with your email, or standalone to work with DropBox, Google Drive, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I've been able to see is our people can easily review the documents and we're able to see once they viewed the documents. If they need a reminder to sign the document, we can also send that out to nudge them as needed.

The ability to utilize templates for saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to configure exact fitting / dimensions for textboxes / signature forms.

Easier route to contract signing by addressing all necessary stakeholders on documents.
Easy way to Capture Electronic Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy HelloSign is to use. For both individual contracts or templated contracts, set-up and sending is fast and easy..
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downside to this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a project where several customers need to sign the same contract. It is nice to set it up as a template, and I send them the link. Makes it easy!

Sending an official copy tract looks more professional & being able to save a copy for future reference is a good feature too

Importing my documents into the HelloSign interface is easy and creating signature blocks, initials, and dating documents is simple and easy to keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes come to mind as the product does all I need and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to transmit design agreements easily to my clients. They are able to agree easily without printing out, physically signing, scanning and returning the document to me. All of this is tracked electronically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HelloSign is an easy, secure mode that enables this business to secure and track signatures of legal agreements for my design and gardening installation business. Setup of documents is easy and clients can easily log in and sign documents. I am immediately alerted when they have logged in and signed the document and all parties are able to pdf or physically print the documents. Signatures are time-stamped and kept in the system so it's always there if a question should arise.
Great Platform and Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for both our company and others. While we make .pdfs of everything, we can quickly go back and find all completed documents, documents that went dormant and revised and update if required.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been on the occasion that documents that are sent out to signature that if the other party does not sign, it disappears and we have to search through all records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We typically use this for agreements with our subcontractors and suppliers. Most have found it beneficial as it's quick and easy to get items completed efficiently.

It works well for having documents and agreements signed by all parties.
Very simple and easy to use for a good price
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to upload the documents, to add the fields. The templates are great and its cheaper compared to other systems that offer it at additional cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were field types. Also having a dropdown option so that certain fields could be prefilled one way or the other. Also, think they can improve the design of the section where you view signed documents to see who is the signer is right away without having to click on the ellipses to see the info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to easily allow our team to sign read and acknowledge compliance paperwork and account for who did and didnt sign it.
