HelloSign has been a great tool.
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is so easy to use. In under 10 steps and you can send out a document to be signed. The graphical user interface is intuitive and easy to understand even for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not anything I dislike about HelloSign. It is easy to use and all the steps make sense and are easy to understand. There is nothing I would change about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign allows me to send contracts to my customers to be signed digitally instead of needing to receive by fax or through email. My customers find it very easy to use as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly suggest HelloSign if you are looking for an easy-to-use tool to get your contracts or any other documents signed.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and easily monitor documents as clients view and sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Times out quickly. Have to log in multiple times a day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure documents are quickly prepared and signed remotely. Far less expensive that DocuSign. Perfect for a small buiness.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep track of what is still needing to be signed. Also suitable for customers as it is an easy process for them to go through to sign the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better would be the tools and other features being easier to get to/see.

We are making it easier for our insurance customers to sign their documents wherever they are.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can get important documents which aid our booking processes for our clients finalised so quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to file the signed documents and hide the more sensitive information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processing bookings, finalising sales, getting NDA's signed off and agreed to, finalising internal contracts.

It's quick and easy, and you can check all of the information, so it's definitely a safe option to sign documents online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would, however, crop some of the IP numbers. It's good to have some privacy.

I use it for signing documents and contracts for the company I work for.

In used to have borrower's wet-sign, HelloSign eliminates this need.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to format everything and keep all of your documents in one place. You can create all kinds of different forms and easily upload them to your hellosign account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downside is the cost if you don't utilize hellosign everyday or on a regular basis. Other than that, I can't think of anything else to complain about.

Not having to find each document on my computer when it's time to send it to a client. I would like to automate this feature but for now it's a simple login and go

Very intuitive to use. Does not require major training to new users.

Multiple documents added for the same signer need to be separate proces if you want separate signed documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and efficiency of the platform allows me to sign documents quickly and move on to other business tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the platform isn't as easy to use on my mobile phone as I think it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge of getting documents signed quickly and more professionally than a hand-written version is solved through the use of Hello Sign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to streamline your processes of document creation and signing, Hello Sign is tool that comes with my highest recommendation. It saves me personally a lot of time.

The ease for coordinating legally binding signatures for people not in the same place.

I hate the process of making edits once a document is loaded. E.g., I see that a signature line falls on the next page, I have to exit, reload the document and start anew.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lifesaver as our office went remote. Has cut down the time to execute agreements from a week+ to just a few hours.
