Quick and simple
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy and quick without any additional features which is positive in this case.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little old style design and UX but still bery usable :)

Signing contracts and agreements.
Really solid platform that I genuinely have 0 complaints about.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and intuitive it is! Very easy to set up, minimal steps, and the layout and design of the platform makes it super easy to use all within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike, which is a good thing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it to sign contracts with my new clients. I am a health coach and they truly make the process so easy and seamless.
Works great for small/solo attorneys
What do you like best about the product?
Very fast / easy to use. Has all of the features I need to get documents signed by necessary parties, and allows other fields as well to make documents somewhat customizable. The interface and design are great and my clients do not ever have issues accessing or signing documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had more payment plan options (perhaps pay as you go) where you don't need all of the pro features but only one or two (like paying for two or three templates, for example). I also wish you could download a signed document that doesn't have the signing details and instead has that info baked in as metadata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need many parties to sign legal documents all the time and this software makes E-Sign compliant signatures easy to do. It means I don't have to mess around with digital signatures or anything like that myself.
Quick and Easy for clients to use
What do you like best about the product?
Its quick to send documents, and easy for even technically-challenged clients to complete their signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish emails would appear to recipients as coming from the sender's direct email address instead of a hello sign address- many clients experience their email programs sending the emails to spam. Easy to get around though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes working from home possible because I dont need to have clients come to the office to sign anything

Easy to use for both user/client, Hello Sign is a valuable document signature tool for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were the ability to create documents from scratch in the application.

HelloSign solves the hassle of print and scan for my client intake forms.
An easier way to sign documents
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can make our required documents filled out efficiently by our customers for a quicker onboarding process!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have an issue with is previewing documents before sending them out to customers. I want the ability to view the document before sending it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of having our customers fill out long-winded PDF documents for credit and new customer onboarding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this tool is a good runner up against DocuSign.

Certain reminders can be bothersome, but these can be silenced.

Allowing for remote signatures to parties across the globe.
Better UI than Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has a great UI that's very intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be helpful if HelloSign integrated with other software and 3rd party systems - like Rippling, for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing legal documentation and sharing/notifying everyone on the team in the process. HelloSign helps improve productivity - I spend less time figuring things out and more time executing our strategy.
