Cost is a bit high for South Africa. Would be nice if loading a user theres an option to have all online first, then choose files/folders to also take offline. setup seems to take long

What do you like best about the product?
I can save my delicate information on Dropbox and have access from anywhere in the world. My colleagues can access team information across the board. I open my Dropbox first thing in the morning and check what's happened on the projects that have been delicated to my team. So very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team could be better but they eventually get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My colleagues are across the country. We can all work on the same projects at the same time. It elminates such things as lagging project deadlines from no access to the files.

Any emails I receive or send containing Dropbox files or even the name Dropbox go directly to the bin! Really annoying and I can't fix it!

Best Cloud Storage Available
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to save hard drive space and take my documents on the go, so I can access all my files from any computer or phone. It also automatically backs up photos from my phone and lets me scan and upload documents in one shot. I also love that documents shared with me via Dropbox can be saved directly to my account. On top of that, Dropbox makes it easy to share files and folders safely and securely with others, and to withdraw access at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox doesn’t have any negative points that I can think of. I was one of the original users of Dropbox back in the late 2000s, so I’ve been using it for almost 15 years without any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to back up all my data to external hard drives and carry them everywhere so I could access my files at home, at work, on vacation, and anywhere else I needed them. After having too many external drives fail—and losing my data as a result (plus spending hundreds on data recovery)—I switched to a cloud-based solution. It’s cheaper, lighter, and easier to use, and it also comes with added benefits like secure file sharing.
Dropbox makes it easy to share information quickly.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to share information with other organizations quickly and securely. It is helpful to be able to customize who has access to each folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't any down side that I have experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have yet to encounter a problem and have not needed support so far.
