The most helpful for me is the convenience of the documents from everywhere. Plus it easy to share.

I dont really have any downside using Dropbox so far.

Dropbox is helping me keep my clients documents in a safe place but at the same time easy to share when need it the most.

I don't have to worry about very important family photos getting deleted, they are always safe there!

I wish I had more free storage, because I'm always worried I will forget to make the payment and my account will get deleted

Synchronization is very powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I am very impressed with Dropbox's ability to synchronize data across multiple devices. Working data on the computer is synchronized immediately so I can review it on other devices immediately. The process is very smooth

Actually, up to now I have not found anything dissatisfied with Dropbox

I don't need to worry about my data, especially the file history feature helps me get back to the old version if there are any errors, it helps me a lot.

Have a back up of all that is importante and userful to me. Also, it is a safe and realiable tool that I have been using for many years

A Vital tool
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely LOVE dropbox. It is really easy to use. Even my clients have no issues downloading files I send or uploading files I request. It really is a useful tool and I implement this software daily. It has helped me to maintain file organization, file transfers, file requests from clients, and shared project folders. I love the ease of use and the way that it has the option of syncing with my system so that I never have to worry about losing local files because Dropbox has backed them up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I really like dropbox. There is always room for improvements, but I don't really have anything negative to say. The only thing I believe I think could be more helpful would be if the comment notifications emails would actually push through when a client makes a comment on a document within dropbox. Many times, I do not receive the notification from Dropbox that comments have been left.

Dropbox is a great tool that allows me to store content, share content, and request content. My business is remote and a digitally driven business. Dropbox helps me to keep all of my important files organized and backed up.
Helpful in so many ways
What do you like best about the product?
I like the send out for signature(s) as the best feature Dropbox offers. It makes the process really easy and convenient when I need someones signatures on a document. I also like that I can fill in all the necessary blank areas on the document prior to sending and a copy can be sent to the signer as well as the sender (for back up if needed in the future).
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the sticky tabs are not different colors and only offered in different versions of blue. I also wish there was a way to search deleted sent and signed documents easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to keep all files online in a secured place, organied in various folders depending on the job and find what I need in an efficient manner.
