Dropbox is very easy to use. We use it everyday in our office.
What do you like best about the product?
Drop box is very easy to use for us in our office, as well as for our clients. We impement folders easily every day for our clients to use and upload files. Customer support is easy to access through the internet. A number of features are avaiable to us each day. We integrate the file folders into our own by uploading our clients folders by dragging and dropping them into our files. We receive notice of files that have been uploades immediately after being loaded to the folders by our clients. We have used drop box every day in our office for years, without issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have any complaints about dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have added options for larger file upload.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for storing my documents as I have access to them from wherever I need them. I also have many shared folders with coworkers which allows us to collaborate.

Can't have multiple people working in the same file at a time

Efficiency in getting work done and eliminating some uses of email

I like that all my information is backed up away from my computer. I like that I can access it from my phone. Also, I like how easy it is to share a folder with a client or employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to share a document with another person, from my phone. It wants to share a link to the document instead of the actual document. I have to download it to my phone first, then I can share it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use - just does it's thing in the background. I use it every day multiple times a day without realising!

Can't really think of anything. I guess the price? I'm only using it for saving files and feel like it has features I don't take advantage of.

All my files for my biz are stored in one place and accessible from anywhere (and by anyone I choose to give access)

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Dropbox is the ability to access your files from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit of the number of devices I can use for Dropbox. I have mulitple devices including a desktop PC ,laptop, tablet and phone. I cannot access my files on each device so it becomes less conveinent as a result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to access files or share large files with others for editing/input quick and easy. this was huge improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
My personal favorite use for Dropbox is how I can use it to share files and collaborate easily with international colleagues. I can save PDFs of the internet to my Dropbox from my phone -- super convenient for sharing research papers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've lost progress/past versions of a word doc once when the computer it was on was shut down unexpectedly... that rather surprised me -- I thought autosave and Dropbox versioning would've saved me.

Dropbox is so easy to access from any device. I've used it in my business since it first came out and it's always been completely reliable.

Folders can be organised and files can be shared with multiple entities. Have not encountered any issues while using it

Using the search bar option can be misleading sometimes. Does not show all the documents for the files when using search bar
