Great product and crucial for my business
What do you like best about the product?
Great stoarge source for all my work documents and due to it being cloud based it's highly accessible from anywhere anytime!

There are no downsides as it's so easily accessible

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox for years and it has proven to be a very reliable way to store date. I use it daily as all my data is stored on my Dropbox. It's easy to use, not too much in the way of learning to use, it's a great product and I would recommend it to anyone who needs "cloud" storage, Dropbox!

I really don't have any reason to dislike Dropbox!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Dropbox I don't really have any problems, Dropbox solved my problem of where my data was stored.

What do you like best about the product?
The need of collaboration between my clients. I use it to help move files between folders for my clients and anything important can be shared.
It is easy to use and I like that I can have a standalone client for all the operating systems. I use ArchLinux and it was easy implementing into my file manager (Thunar). I use it on a weekly basis and the syncing is very quick.

What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest dislike is that DB uses up my storage when client shares the folder with me. If it isn't my file, why is it take my space? This makes it hard for me to switch over to a paid plan for this reason.
No google chrome extension for regular browser. It is only for ChromeOS which makes it hard for integration.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox addresses several challenges I face with my clients, including the ability to move folders and perform searches that can even navigate through my clients' folders. This functionality isn't available on Google Drive, which complicates collaboration and workflow.
Most Reliable File and Document Service for Sharing Files!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the most reliable and robust for sending a file to someone. Being able to quickly and easily drop a file into Dropbox and immediately copy a link is very clutch. The desktop app is very superb and is easy to install. We use Dropbox every day at Let's Do Lunch to handle our catering orders, and it integrates into our workflow nicely. Any issue I have had is properly solved by the Dropbox team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox search needs improvement. We find it difficult to locate older order forms when needed as we have had thousands.

Dropbox solves our need to quickly send files to clients.
Easy Storage, Easy Business Flow
What do you like best about the product?
DropBox allows me to sotre access client files instantly and anywhere in the world. I can choose which files to access offline, and reorganise documents easily and on the go. I use DropBox daily, and can see through my organsing of files where my workflow is. I can send files back and forth to other apps instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a down side yet! My business is running so smoothly because of DropBox.

I can securely store and access sensitive files through DropBox. Because I can increase the security protocols when accessing files, I am assured that files and data is kept safe.

I like the instantaneous backup and the web only storage choice.

Sometimes searches are janky especially web-only files

Backup that is instantaneous.

What do you like best about the product?
It does backup and file sharing all on one application. It can become your main documents folder and backs up that folder exactly the same way. None of these batch file backups where you cannot extract or copy a single file or folder to another device.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can see so far. The only weakness is if there was no internet connection and I needed to remotely access a file from another device. The initial upload of files and documents does take a long time depending on how much you have.

I don;t use for business at this time.
