Dropbox a Trusted Friend
What do you like best about the product?
I love its ease of use and that I can save files and know that they are safe. I love that I can share files with friends and family and business associates and they can edit files. I love the new features of being able to request signatures on documents. I love that Dropbox has not remained stagnant as just a place to store documents, but has evolved over the time that I have been using it. It is user friendly and the upgrades have been great to enhance my use of Dropbox. It is not just for storage anymore. It has evolved to be much much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as easy to edit documents directly in Dropbox. I wish there was a better integration with MS Office products to facilitate directly editing documents saved in Dropbox. If there is one already, I have not noticed it and have had to download my files to the appropriate programs in order to edit. Only drawback for me, otherwise I love it. It was ahead of its time, and is staying up to date!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing especially with individuals being able to work remotely. Keeping everyone in the know with up-to-date information.
Dropbox allows me to store everything in one place in an easy to find, organized manner

I can clear up space on my phone and computer by uploading it to dropbox. It allows me to easily share and collaborate with others as well

No complaints! The mobile application is more user friendly than I'd expect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share huge files with people without getting an email bounceback or unable to send.
Dropbox gives me the freedom to have access to all my files on all my computers.

I enjoy having the information immediately available.

I cannot think of anything I dislike about Dropbox.

They are making the process easy for the common user. This is benefiting me since I don't have to waste my time trying to figure out how to use it when it already is a simple process.

Dropbox - A Useful Complimentary Business Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a useful complimentary tool for business and gives the ability to easily share large files or bathces of files in a complete manner with external parties outside of our business.
It has a very easy to use desktop inteface, that is second to none and it is very easy for any business to implement.

What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest pet hate is that the default is that all parties can edit any files or batches of files, i would prefer that i have to grant permission to edit files to avoid any miscommunications when large volumes of files are being transmitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox gives us the ability to share large volumes of files in the same manner they are shared with us, to external stakeholders i.e. where we recieve a copmprehensive set of construction plans including all specialist consultant reports contained in separate sub-files, we can share these in the same format & same file path structures with exteranl stakeholders. Importantly most of our external stakeholders (some of whom have limited IT abilities) are almost always able to access files in this manner as opposed to alterantive means where they are sometimes not able to succesfully access or download the files.

It is easy to use and can be used on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Offcourse limit of free data, that's all I can think:)

All my reports are stored at one place and I don't have to look anywhere else.

I can't make specific folders for the picture so searching they 1000+ takes time

I love dropbox for storing documents for work. It is very useful even for personal use as well.
