Easy Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I tend to prefer to work remotely. Dropbox allows us to easily collaborate, share files, and all have access from anywhere! I love being on a jobsite and being able to pull documents from my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern in using Dropbox is ensuring documents can be recovered if a teammate deletes something in error. Therefore, I still backup all my documents on my personal documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In working remote and on jobsites, accessing files from a teammate can take time. Dropbox allows all of my teammates to access files from their desktop or phones!
A Paperwork Destroying Program
What do you like best about the product?
I can scan a receipt or any other piece of paperwork anywhere and have it on my compter when I arrive at the house. You can elect to just keep your paperwork in the DropBox cloud or have it on each device you use it on. I use it on a daily basis. It was also very easy to set up on all my devices. The program is integrated across all of my platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you don't have a cell phone connection or Internet connection it can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to scan documents while away from the computer at the home office.
On the Go!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see my documents when I'm on the go! I have Dropbox installed on my mobile device and it has saved me numerous times!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know of any downsides! I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of only being able to work on something from my desktop computer. I can work from anywhere!
Dropbox - a convenient tool for sharing information
What do you like best about the product?
I work with a nonprofit that deals with continuing education programs. Since we do not have institution emails, other platforms like Google Drive are difficult to coordinate with security settings for the sharing of files amongst our members and registrants.
Dropbox provides a convenient and accessible way to upload PDF readings and other course materials for those in other states and countries regardless of what their email domain is.

What do you dislike about the product?
Price per storage.
I wish dropbox provided a free or very reduced rate for nonprofits. Canva provides a free account to nonprofits.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides a universal space for the sharing of materials amongst our members.
Very good and very easy.

The easy to use interface. The fact that is in the FINDER on the mac and I can just put the files in right there.

I want to just a do a full backup. I would like an icon, like timemachine to just do that.

Backup and sharing. Mostly backup.
Longevity
What do you like best about the product?
I have used my Dropbox storage for what seems like forever, and it only gets better with time. It is so reliable, flexible and shareable. Totally worth every penny!!

Nothing, it has always served me well. I have no complaints

I am able to share content and collaborate with others in my work. I have oodles of space, too
Well usable
What do you like best about the product?
The access is relatively fast and you can generally log in quickly as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little free storage space, the price/value ratio of the paid area is not good.

As a mortgage broker receiving files safely is my #1 priority. Dropbox is very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to set up and use. I prefer all my clients to send thier documents via dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Borrowers at first seem reluctant to try it and would rather just send files in emails which is unsafe. Once I tell them you only have to drag it in and they try it, they like it better.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see edits made, when they were made, by who, and just being very transparent about edits to important documents

Really nothing, I like the formatting, UI, everything really

Being able to work with multiple people to see whose editing what. It is better than google docs in that regard by far
Accessible, organized and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can access it anywhere! I can sort, organize and customize. This has been a game changer for me with my photos. It is easy to use, and availble 24x7

sometimes it is hard to move/copy multiple pics ver at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any app problems or solutions that dropbox is working on.
