Stable, User-Friendly, and Trustworthy Storage Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox incredibly easy to use and share files, which makes it the most valuable tool for both personal and business purposes. The setup process is very straightforward, allowing me to get started effortlessly, and the intuitive interface simplifies management across various devices. Dropbox’s ability to sync everything online provides me with reliable and efficient storage, enabling access to my files whether I’m at the office or at home. This is particularly beneficial when I need to work on different devices such as a desktop or notebook, and it facilitates convenient sharing with third parties. One of the standout features is the ability to check files directly in the browser without the need for installing Dropbox, though having the app installed on my computer improves the experience by keeping the folder automatically synced. The stability and consistency Dropbox offers as a trusted platform is crucial, particularly for a big company like mine. All these factors together not only enhance productivity but also bolster my trust in Dropbox as a reliable storage solution.

Excellent photo, video and document storage and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for ten years to organize my personal photos, videos, and important documents, finding it invaluable. I appreciate its ability to keep everything organized by year, which makes it easy for me to locate and share photographs, videos, and documents. The ease of use and its reliability stand out to me, as does the flexibility to set up folders exactly as I need them. Dropbox's functionality, especially in terms of organizing and sharing files, helps me a lot. I find Dropbox worth the annual fee I pay because it provides the extra storage I need. The product's value is evident in my continued commitment to using and paying for it yearly. Considering all these features and benefits, I am confident enough in Dropbox's offerings to rate it a definite 10 out of 10 in terms of recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the annual pricing for Dropbox is somewhat high, costing me about $119. With current financial constraints, especially with money being tight nowadays, a lower price would be greatly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me keep personal photos, videos, and important documents organized and easily accessible, allowing simple location and sharing by year, enhancing my photo management.
Dropbox has been immensely helpful to my design processes.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity to use, share and store files. I use it to store my design files and share with clients and myself to work on different workstations.

Sometime's uploads can be a little buggy, other than that not really any complaints.

Sharing and storing files in an easy to access cloud.
Secure Storage for Memories, But Limited Free Space
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that I can securely and safely offload photos, videos and files from over the years without worrying about it being deleted. I also love how easy it is to navigate, organize & move items around both on my phone or on a laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that we should get a little bit more free storage than what is provided. I don’t utilize Dropbox enough to pay for a monthly subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freeing up space on my cellphone and laptop devices without the risk of the hardware dying.
User-Friendly Syncing, But File Recovery Could Be Easier
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friendly, making it simple to sync or unsync different folders on your computer depending on your storage needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it happened to me to delete files/folder by mistake, and I wished it would have been easier to retrieve them.

Keeping a huge amount of files from the past 20 years, with the possibility of "hiding" them, but still accessing the if necessary.
Reliable, User-Friendly Storage—But Pricey

Dropbox has been the "gold standard" in secure storage for me for over a decade. I don't know what I would do without it. It is user-friendly, accessible from all my devices, makes sharing easy and is seamlessly integrated with apps like Excel and Word for Web.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the annual cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a remote team and need a secure place to store, share and iterate on files and assets. I need a long term solution for storage that is secure and stable. And I need to be able get to my source files in one click (e.g. Excel spreadsheets).

I appreciate how easy it was to set up Dropbox. It's very convenient for my personal and business data management. What I find particularly useful is Dropbox's ability to integrate seamlessly with other applications, like Jotform and Google Sheets, which streamlines my workflow as forms filled out by clients come directly into Dropbox. This level of integration enhances efficiency and productivity. Dropbox's reliability, almost never failing, gives me a sense of security and confidence in its use, and its ease of use only adds to the overall positive experience.

Easy to Use and Helps Me Stay Organized, But Costs Add Up
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it's easy to use. I also like that many of my associates use it, so they understand when I send a link through dropbox. It's also easy to organize my items with it. Also, I use it literally multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
the main downside is the cost. I know it's not super high, but it does seem to add up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to organize my business by using the folder system on Dropbox. It allows me store tons of large files like graphics, music, and more. I work with djs, so it's important to be able store lots of music like dj sets, and tracks that they have produced. I also feel like my work is being kept safe.
Easy to Read, But Navigation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
You can read easily the contents in it. That about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You exit out or try to go back one tab it will take you out to the very beginning which is such an inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is no problems that it has helped solve the whole time I have used it.
