Dropbox has saved my workflow and files
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can drop files directly from my desktop, and download files immediately. I've been using it every single day, and has saved several of my files that I thought would be lost. I use it in tandem with my iCloud account and I've felt like it has worked better in my workflow than iCloud because several clients dont have iCloud accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dont like is that the organize feature is very hit and miss. I've found that it organizes certain things really well and others are not categorized even when done individually. I've also surprisingly had issues sending linked files to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending files to clients was a nightmare because they were so large, but with dropbox I can send my clients public facing files that they can then access for design assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Its seamless Integration across devices. Being able to open. Word and excel file online and edit docs
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime with security sometimes it's difficult to login across devices. Which is also a good thing security wise but jsut makes it inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We drop all of our large datavses in dropbox to share it among contractors. We are able to track who opened the file. We always have the full control

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access and easily shared with committee members for important meeting documents.

What do you dislike about the product?
For our purposes, Dropbox works very well. There isn't really a downside at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping us solve the issue of needing multiple documents for meetings. Dropbox makes it easy to have everything in one spot, so we don't have to send out multiple emails with attachments.
I use Dropbox for all my important business documents.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to save files to Dropbox from my Mac. You can download a separate Dropbox file location and it installs under Favorites. Dropbox walks you through it. Then it's just a click and I have peace of mind knowing my files are backed up on Dropbox. I use it multiple times a day. I also love how easy it is to share documents via Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it difficult to find older files on Dropbox. I wish there were better ways to organize files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a writer and an editor. I have to make sure files don't go missing. Dropbox is an easy recovery method. I save all my important documents to Dropbox for peace of mind. I also share files with authors and editors via Dropbox.
Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use for sharing large files instead of email. Much larger files are simple to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easier steps needed to remove something that is inserted accidentally. I struggled for a moment with this but eventually figured it out

Making it quick and easy to get documents and photos to the entire management team quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox works for me on many levels - easy to share files with clients, a backup of essential files - without thinking about it. I use it all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downside to the service at the moment.

Dropbox is my goto service for sharing photographs with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I need to keep my files saved to my iPhone with the ability to send a full file to travel nurse agencies and drop box has enabled me to save important documents which I need in an electronic form. It's very easy to use and saves time, paper, and records at my fingertips at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course there is a learning curve just like any new program or app, however, it's doesn't take long at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems with the app.
dropbox keeps me clutter free and so much more organized in my day to day duties

i love how i am able to sync dropbox to my finder on mac and seamlessly store my files without taking up space on my RAM

I love how easy it is to use for my design business. I keep all of my design files on Dropbox for work.

I have no complaints. Dropbox is the solution I needed.

Dropbox backs up all of my work within seconds and this takes away the worry of loosing files.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use. It makes sharing files so easy compared to Sharepoint or other platforms and is really straightforward.

I wish it would let me edit documents right in Dropbox

It's easy to control the permissions when sharing making it my go-to tool for working with others.
