Dropbox is living in the future
What do you like best about the product?
I love Dropbox, I am opening a restaurant and I'm able to go to FedEx and use my Dropbox to log into the self-help kiosk printers and print all my plans, training material etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I'm doing something wrong but my photos from my iPhone get save in HEIC format which I need to convert to Jpeg
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am opening a restaurant I'm taking photos of the restaurant for the franchisor and project manager and I 'm able to send a Dropbox link as the folder is too big to send via email
Dropbox .. files to share in a rush

It's easy to share links with other people

Slow at times and very different between iOS Android and Windows experience..

Ability to backup and save files on the cloud, which frees up space on other devices. Can provide user permissions to different people, create folders for organization and provide link sharing for easy access.
Vital for my life and my business
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the most efficient way to manage and share client files, but is also the best tool I've used for backing up my own files across both business and my personal world. I use it daily to manage my business and home life and love that my files can be accessed easily on my desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I pay for a subscription plan with plenty of storage, but there are some stumbling blocks with clients on free plans that have completely full Dropbox accounts and feel they can't access the folders – and some confusion about that that requires a lot of my time educating clients. It would be better if the person hosting the folders was the one where the storage was counted and someone could join a folder but as a guest only - link only to host files.

Ease of use and accessibility from most of my devices. I am able to move around with out any data loss

Searching documents sometimes is a bit confusing

Two Dropbox Accounts and Unable to Sync
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can store my photos and I did like that I can share with friends, family and business, before I retired.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still cannot sync or merge my old Dropbox with my new Dropbox. I'm continually receiving request to renew my old account or to add more data to it. I did that with my new account. Customer support was no help. To the contrary, the talked down to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I added my new Dropbox account, there has not been a resolution to my two accounts being merged. My one account is still there and has yet to be merged with my new account.
Reliable and easy to use service, has been great so far
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has always been available when needed, customer support is quick to answer questions and the best part is the ease of upload/downloand and sharing of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find it hard to search for certain documents, mainly because I didn't label them in a logical manner so I rely on content search which relies on OCR. Need image search capabilities .

Seamless Efficient Cloud Service!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use Dropbox on my local drive and have the ease of saving and updating files!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly love the interface of Dropbox.com, but I use it locally so it does not effect me as much.

Amount of files that I need to access on a regular basis and having them all available whereever I am.

Having dropbox items on my computer automatically backed up, seamless.

In the web version, some functionality is routinely too hard to locate.
