What do you like best about the product?
I've used it for years and I love it, always reliable.

It isn't the norm so sometimes it gets blocked

I can't contact the company for assistance. I've tried for at least a month to get a response. The only response I receive is.....this is not the correct avenue to acquire help. I've several avenues.....I don't know how to get assistance. I'm trying to access my file - unable to access. It's expensive - not worth the money when you can't access your account and/or receive assistance!!!

they are not soloving any problems.....I can't get customer service. It's impossible to talk to anyone or email the issues. I keep getting responses indicating I've used the wrong resource. What is the CORRECT resource for assistance?????

What do you like best about the product?
I have the ability to easily upload videos, create a l8nk to send to clients, friends etc. What I really like is that videos are easily converted & can be sent via text or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you delete the video in DV to create space, the link you sent out to others is no longer valid.

Quickly send vital information, videos etc to clients, co-workers, or businesses etc

Being able to find and access my digital files in an organized fashion at anytime, from any place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy install and implement connectios to colleagues, friends and family for sharing and collaborating. I use it every day. I can rely on dropbox, whereas with Microsoft Sharepoint we had nothing but problems.

Dropbox provides for me a seamless method for document security and retrieval on multiple devices
What do you like best about the product?
I save my documents on my computor and i can retrieve them from any other device. I use the product almost every day.

At times the setup can be combersome for us non-technology users.

Easy way to store and backup my materials, with an easy way to access them anytime or anyplace. What I also love is that I can easily share work with colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has always been user friendly, and I really enjoy how easy you can share documents and collaborations. I also enjoy how easy it to use it from different devices and how fast everything syncs up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the cost, every year the price is going up. But this is something that is happening with all the application similar to this one.

How easy people can collaborate with documents and see who are the celebrators that editing the document.
