File storage great, document editing not intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to send others links and control access to them is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
The Paper (documents) file structure is not intuitive. Many times I've freaked out thinking I e lost documents when really they're just saved in my file storage rather than the "Paper" area.

What do you like best about the product?
I am in Real Estate and I handle files for many agents at differant companies, I use Dropbox on a daily basis to share my files with these agents. They have the ability to access their files at their convenience. It is easy to set up and easy to use. I have found that dropbox does integrate well with some of my other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about dropbox. It works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing of files when I am remote with my Agents.
Great for team content sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been great for sharing large (or multiple) files with my small team. Just text or email the link to a file or folder and you are good to go! I also love how easy it is to keep my working files on my laptop while offloading everything else to the cloud. And of course if I need to quickly access this older files, there is an easy way in settings to turn off or on the files I need at any time. Now all of my work files are kept on Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I didn't like the price but now I think it's totally worth it. Plus the auto renew monthly plan makes it so easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files or or multiple files with teammates that are too big for email.
Access your files everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox works very well to sync your files to the cloud, allowing you to access them everywhere. Besides that, it has other tools connected to increase your productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
In fact, it is somewhat expensive. Additionally, when I restart my Mac, it takes a while for the sync to start again. It re-syncs all the files to ensure they are up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very convenient to store photos and files. It is also easy to share files with friends and/or family.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing about Dropbox that I don't like is the cost but despite this it is still useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides extra storage with easy access and that is definitely a benefit for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox for everything. I have folders for different business and personal categories and I love that I can access my files anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my laptop and phone don't sync as well or as often as I'd like.

Ability to share and edit files easily

I love i can get to my files on my computer or phone AND I can access them from anywhere (not just my computer) if needed.

the searching on the app on my phone is ridiculously useless

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Dropbox I can save my files and they are easy to find . Provides me with the space I need to save everyone in one area.

I don't have any dislike about Dropbox to provide

It allows me to save files when I run out of space on my personal devices such as laptop and phone.
Easy to use File-sharing & more
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Fropbox for me is the ease of sharing large files with others. I have Dropbox for Mac installed on my MacBook & can easily share files via Finder.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had any complaints regarding Dropbox, it would be that there aren't more tiers of storage/price points. The free service is quite small and the next option is a lot of space for U$120/year. It would be nice to have a mid-range option for casual users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox gives me the ability to quickly and confidently share large files, including media.
