Convenient and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to save documents of different types (Word, PDF, audio files) from multiple different computers and access them anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may forget about items I should delete, and this clogs up my storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to transfer files between different computers or devices.
Good to store small files, hard to upload large files

The folder can be shared with others, and I can connect Dropbox to my local computer

It stores some of my important files like visa related files, and I don't need to worry about changing my computer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Dropbox because I can access all of my files across devices. I use multiple computers, phones, and tablets, and am able to fully access all of my files across each device seamlessly.

There isn't much I dislike about Dropbox.

How easy it is to save, keep, and transfer files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I like every feature; it's super easy to use.

I am keeping my presentations in Dropbox, and I can easily access them from different devices.

I need to save many documents and have unlimited space. I like Drop box because it saves me money and time. What I like best is that it is easy to use and always connected to my account!

sometimes I mix my different accounts, that is all I find difficult.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Functions like file explorer.Saving to Dropbox is as simple as choosing which folder you need.Setup is simple, including a new setup when changing computers. I have a modest plan which I use frequently each day. Usage is totally transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading and saving to a specific location, especially a PDF, requires too much manipulation

Solid product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface, works quickly. Never an issue transferring files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only issue I have is sometimes old files I've already deleted pop up randomly, but it doesn't affect my storage limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Difficulty in getting digital files from my phone to my laptop for use on the air when broadcasting.

What do you like best about the product?
Years ago it was great for moving and keeping files up to date between all my phones tablets and computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Increase cost over the 10 plus years using Dropbox other options are priced better.

Easy, reliable cloud storage and file sharing!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been very reliable for me. I've had a plan with them for around ten years or more now. I use Dropbox regularly, often multiple times a week, if not daily. The service has been quick and easy to use. I can share files with others, and hop from my phone to my computer and access my files with ease. It's helped me take graphics I've made and quickly download them to my phone to share on socials. It's one of my favorite subscriptions I've had for cloud storage! If you're looking for cloud storage and file sharing that's easy to integrate into your business or brand, this is a good one to try implementing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into issues with Dropbox personally. Every now and then, someone has to download it for the first time to access something I'm trying to share, which can be a bit of a pain for them. But on my end, it's been super easy and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to back up my files from my computer and phone and access brand graphics from my desktop on my phone. It cuts down the time it takes for me to access files and prep social media posts. Plus I'm able to share the same files with peers, which helps all of us have more time for other things.
