What do you like best about the product?
I love having a central place to store all of my files and being able to share the files with my team! I also love how easy it is to get access to my files from the mobile device or my laptop.

No downsides! It easy to integrate and use

It makes it easy for our team to get access to the files when they need it. Reduces the headaches that can come when trying to store things.

Use over multiple devices. Syncyng data is pretty gast.

Great way to organize work across devices
What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner, I am working all the time, across several different devices, and I use Dropbox almost every day, and has been really easy to implement into my daily work schedule. It can be difficult to keep everything organized, but with Dropbox, I am able to store, organize, and access documents, photos, and needed forms no matter what device I am on. It is incredibly helpful to be able to do this, so I can work on the go, and also be able to organize in a way that works for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is not being able to view a preview of some of my images when they are in a folder. It's not awful, but just adds a small extra step of having to click each individual image to see which is which if I don't have them named in a specific way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has allowed me to work no matter where I am, allowing me to use different devices to post and email even if I'm out of the house with my kids. Without the ability to have my documents and photos across devices, I would always be tethered to my big computer at my desk, so this has given me more flexibility in my schedule and work-life balance.
Useful, accessible and integrated
What do you like best about the product?
I use it to backup my personal computer files, which does 2 things: make sure I'm backing things up, and that I have access to my files everywhere I go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing files seems to require the other person to have an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time backup of my personal computer. It's great because I can access my work / files anywhere without having to bring my computer everywhere.
A huge help for businesses and projects of any size
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I've been using Dropbox for over 8 years now and it's been a huge help in both my personal life and professional life. In my personal life, I use Dropbox to store photos, videos and other media files, and in my professional life, I often take advantage of Dropbox Paper, as it's a secure, simple and powerful way to create documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is overall amazing, and there aren't any features that I'm missing, however, I feel like the pricing for personal plans is quite high compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping us create documentation and share it securely among our teams, Dropbox Paper is a huge help for this.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. It's "just" like another folder on my computer. Everything is on there. I don't store things on computers anymore. My whole life exists on Dropbox. I can access any file or picture anytime, anywhere from any device. I honestly don't know why everyone does not have Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have one thing that could be better or different, is that I cannot attach files into my emails (Gmail on iPhone) easily. On my laptop it's no problem at all. On my phone I have to send a link and not everyone likes that or can't open outside links at some businesses or I have to download to my phone files then attach and that's just a pain and a lot of steps. It would be cool if the integration was better. This is not a huge deal and really a minor detail but would be the main thing I'd like to be different.
The second thing is I wish there was a better way to search photos more intuitively. I give files detailed names so they can be easily searched but my photos reside in folders by year and month and sometimes I just can't remember when one was taken and would like to search them more easily but with auto uploads they just have the name the phone gives them which doesn't help. A visual search feature of some sort would be amazing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That last question is lame because I do not use it for that, ever, but there's no other choices for answers. Dropbox lets me access any file anytime anywhere. Period. It's super convenient and easy to use. My whole life is in Dropbox.

It is so much easier to stay organized now!

I wish it cost less. As a new business owner, all of my monthly expenses really do add up.

I am always concerned about packing up my files, and this has alleviated that stress.

Everything is accessible from my phone which I have with me all the time. The convenience is a gift and my info is consolidated in one place.

There is nothing I dislike about Dropbox. It's awesome!

A very good clound experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Dropbox Cloud experience is very polished. Much more than Google or Microsoft offer. 2GB free storage offer is quite limited. But I had no sync errors over the past 9 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free storage offer is limited. Number of devices for free tier very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud storage for backups and file sync across devices.
