Essential space-saving resource
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to store important media files securely in the cloud, and easy access to stores files

Sometimes upload speeds can be slower than expected

DB solves the problem of needing a secure.way.to upload large files and share.them with users far away

What do you like best about the product?
I never experienced any downtime using it. It has one of the best user experiences and currently I'm using its free subscription to manage my documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using it from last 4-5 years and there is not even a single con, which I can think about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me managing documents on the cloud. I collabed with my colleagues remotely to work on a single document without having any hassle to merge work of the multiple users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of dropbox where I can access files from anywhere literally such as my phone, my tablet and my laptop. The ease of access is outstanding when traveling makes for less documents to carry with me on meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing I can think of, it is very convenient and useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve issues that my employees are having with certain aspects of my operation we can collaborate together without having to actually physically meet. Convenience is key.
Wonderful experience
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like the way of accessing the files at my finger tips from any part of the world with any device across the globe and I really love it to be easy sharing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be frank the most dislike thing about Dropbox is the space it provide for basic account is very low around 2 GB which is insufficient for a normal user but interesting to study the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The update and upgrade in dropbox is impressive as before it was a bit difficult to edit the PDF and excel sheet but after the introduction of editing the files it has been a master piece tool for Dropbox lover.
Intuitive and easy to use

The ease of use and setup is just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is too high, maybe the tiers should be lower.

Dropbox helps on properly maintaining my files and backup.
Reliable and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The main reason I keep on using Dropbox is its reliability. I can confidently say that never lost any file I uploaded on Dropbox. It's my number one cloud service when it comes to scanning important documents, because it's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more active devices to sync. And I have sometimes to go to Dropbox's web app to get files I upload, as it does not sync on my local PC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that allows to scan documents in a swift manner is a game-changer, allowing to store the file in jpg and pdf formats very intuitively.
Easy and Accessible File Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for probably close to a decade now. My whole family uses it for file sharing among the tech-saavy and not so tech-saavy. We are a completely Apple- centric family and being able to share files just like we save them on our computers has been a huge success for us! I used Dropbox in college, too, and recommended it to many friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not reallocated found a downside to using Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not everyone I work with is in close proximity to me, so the ease of sharing files by dropping them into a folder saves so much more time than sending and attaching files to an email.
Dropbox is a no brainer
What do you like best about the product?
Sync across devices, works as if you have a virtual hard drive in Finder/File explorer
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't always sync fast enough while using it on Windows. I'll upload files on windows and it doesn't show elsewhere for some time, even with manual sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing and securing access. Sharing long videos (1 hour-ish) that friends can just stream and see.
Dropbox saves my tough PhD life
What do you like best about the product?
The sync time is very fast. I never need to wait for long as I ve seen in other platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes dropbox makes the other file of there 2 persons are editing and saving the same file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't to worry about the working device any more. I can work on any device and my files wil be shared and synced among the devices. I don't need to bring my laptop everywhere because I can access the file on mobile app.

Being able to sync key documents between computers, sharing select files with other people.

Better/easier iOS integration with documents would be nice.
