Why Dropbox is Great
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the ability to create a folder integrated with both Windows and Mac. Super easy to implement especially if you have multiple devices where you need your files.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I haven't really seen a downside. Priced pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having files be exclusive to 1 device, or having to email a file back and forth in order for multiple people to edit.

Accesibility of files in almost my every device.

The small amount of free storage given, I know of competitors like Playbook that give you way more storage just by signing up in a free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of sending multiple versions through email, helps keep track of updated documents.
Above and beyond expectations
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can organise my files in the cloud and what's on my PC, how I can undelete a file or folder if necessary, and Dropbox Passwords is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high but the services deliver.

I have no issues.
Storage with Brains

What do you dislike about the product?
several organizations I work with have organizational blocks, prohibiting them from accessing Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we organize events, we need to collect (request files) which are usually very large (PPTs, videos, etc.). Sending the speakers a link to upload their work and then use a centralize space to download all files on the A/V projecting machines is key.
As we record many of our sessions, having our videographers upload the videos to our dropbox, makes it an easy task for both of us.
The Paper feature is extremely useful in building our agendas/programs as well as speaker bios/pics, etc.

Photographer Using Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a photographer and have been using Dropbox to store my images for about 3 years. The phone app makes it so I can access the images on my pc as well as my iPhone! The price is fair and anytime I've had to get a hold of customer service, it's went well. I would definitely recommend Dropbox over any other online storage service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I've found is that sometimes it will cause a catalog corruption in Lightroom, but I found a way around that. Mainly by allowing it to load ten min before and after opening the Dropbox Lightroom catalog. Dropbox is very easy to use though and I am using it everyday in my normal workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves my storage issues when I store big 4k raw files as I'm a photographer.
It is so easy to share files…
What do you like best about the product?
Everything uploads so quickly! I love the speed and ease uploading documents and files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to complain about. I do think the ability to rename folders and files could be a quicker process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing videos amongst coworkers. I'm a coach, so we are constantly sharing game film.
DropBox is a Strong Tool For Business
What do you like best about the product?
It meets my OCD tendencies to be extremely organized. I create a dropbox folder for each client I serve, and always know the important documents and files are always associated with their names and transactions. It's amazing and efficient to always be able to go back into old files and be able to find information needed, and in addition I can provide important information to the clients when they need it in the future. I never delete a dropbox folder, and I can keep them in my archives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do NOT have any downsides to dropbox. My dropbox syncs with all my devices, So I never have to wait for files to update.

All files are my dropbox file and sync to all of my devices

Dropbox keeps all my most valuable stuff safe from hardware crashes

Dropbox did not warn me when it was going to charge my credit card for renewal, resulting in the wrong card being charged

Dropbox keeps my stuff safe, and makes it possible to share large files that can't be emailed.
Online Sync Done Right
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and a system that makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes. Being greedy I wish it was cheaper for more space.

Couldn’t live without Dropbox!
What do you like best about the product?
The shareability; the ease to save to it...the flexibility. I can add or delete those I share with in a just a click or two...
I use DB mulitple times a day and my staff like the ease of sharing information with me.
