What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an easy way to store and organize my life with an easy interface with macbook and OS systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes files are lagging sync and duplicate when they don't recognize the folder name, which makes it extremely difficult to use on the day to day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving my personal life and day to day use of documents.

Dropbox is a great option for sharing files with my remote team. Works well for team members in other countries, as well.

Navigation menu can be a little hard to follow for someone with organizational issues.

Dropbox is an essential cloud storage solution for our business. We can share virtually everything, and restrict access by folder to those who need to know.

So far (in 10 years) we haven't encountered any problems.

What do you like best about the product?
I only use free version , it has served me for last 9 plus years and I am very happy. No erros, no hassle and perfect sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am free user, I dislike or rather request would be to increase the free allowance to 5 GB as 2 GB is pretty less now a days. If you guys can consider then it would be great.

Quick data share between devices whether it's your phone, tablet, pc and laptop.

All my files are safely backed up, and I have easy access to them. The storage systems, extremely easy to use a integrate it with my desktop and my mobile devices.

I love that all my files are always readily available to access or download on all my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I try to share a file from my Dropbox, it shares a link instead of the actual file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox enables me to use different devices and access the same files. If I begin a project on my work computer, I can pick up that same project on my home computer with no issue.
Dropbox syncing and selective sync capabilities are best among the competitors.

The ability to selectively sync directories. To make files online-only or available off.

nothing coming to my mind about why I dislike Dropbox.

I am an academic researcher, and I want my files to be quickly synced to an external location so that I won't lose anything in case of a sudden hardware failure. Dropbox is a copy of my data which I can safely backup on regular intervals.
