Has worked flawlessly for many years
What do you like best about the product?
Really great syncing from my desktop to the cloud and back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Maybe that I have to pay for it, but I feel it is well worth the cost for my business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a backup system and ability to share files easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to store and access files remotely is probably my favorite part of Dropbox. Cross platform functionality makes access to all my files easy regardless of what device I'm using.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface isn't as smooth as some other cloud storage.

Access to files from multiple users regardless of location.
Nice and easy to use and one you can rely upon
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for the last 10 to 15 years. It has really been a reliable, and never ever did a face any issue like dropbox is down. The performance side has also been good. The synckng process it does perfectly.

It's not possible to find old version of an existing file.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability for everyone in my team to share our files.

It be nice to have more variety of tags, highlight, and chat features around certain folders we create.

We needed an easy way to share client graphics and content. It allows us to easily create folders for clients for the team to access and complete our work.

I have not had features I dislike sio far.

I feel confident my data is being backed up and it is easy to work from several computers to access the data.

I usually have issues when sharing links to some files I need to share. I share the file, but recipients complains on using it .

I can't see the drop box icon in my taskbar permanently.

The only box that saves space and time
What do you like best about the product?
I love the accessibility of Dropbox across multiple platforms. I'm able to access all pictures, videos, and files on my phone and computer seemlessly saving me space on my digital device and time from searching and downloading.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I keep having to buy more space. Dropbox enables me to hoard pictures, etc. that I really dont' need. That's my problem though. LOL!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage is an issue for me. I never want to get rid of memories I have stored on my phone, etc. The other advantage is being able to access pictures from anywhere across devices. I create a lot of social media content for my business, Dropbox is my go to for images, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is reliable! Files get saved instantly, don't disappear, they are easily accessible online and offline. It's simply like having them on your computer and instantly also online. I use Dropbox every day. It's somewhat expensive but absolutely amazing and I trust it much more than other solutions where I had files that went lost (not on Dropbox). It is very easy to use and you see the green dot next to every file so that you know whether is uploaded in the cloud yet or not. I also like the feature where I can easily share a folder and it only shows to the people with the link and not automatically just anybody, while I can take the access away at any time. It is great for sharing with both externals and among Dropbox users. I really recommend Dropbox to everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the price, it's quite costly comparing to other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox keeps my files safe and I can rely on it. With other solutions I am not sure whether they won't disappear because it happened. I am sure that I will always find them in the cloud. There are no crashes, no bugs, it just runs smoothly and reliably. It is great to know that I will always find all of my files online. The way Dropbox syncs the files is also very practical.
