Excellent for Seamless File Sharing Across Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Dropbox's ability to seamlessly share files between my phone and computer for work, which is essential for my needs. I've been using Dropbox for at least five years, and one of the aspects I find most convenient is the straightforward process of installing it on different devices, signing in to my account, and instantly accessing my files across these devices. This functionality is crucial for me as it ensures that I have easy access to my work files wherever I am. I also find it useful that Dropbox allows me to share data in various formats with others online, enabling collaboration and backing up files efficiently. The feature that allows immediate online backup and accessibility for others is particularly beneficial. I use Dropbox to manage various types of data, and I like that it integrates with tools like Google or Excel Online, which enhances its utility for my work-related tasks. Overall, Dropbox serves all my purposes excellently, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it to others who have similar needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Dropbox meets all of my needs, and I have not found anything that I dislike about it. I'm unsure of the solutions and features offered by other software, or how they would perform, but Dropbox completely meets my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to share files between my phone and computer for work, enabling seamless access and collaboration across devices instantly. I also use Dropbox to share files with members of my team. Also, I have avoided purchasing the paid version because I don't see the need for more than what the free version offers.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for over ten years to deposit files and I find it impressively easy to use right from the start. Dropbox's setup was straightforward enough for a PhD to handle without any difficulty. This user-friendliness allows me to easily manage my files. Additionally, I immensely benefit from Dropbox's file sharing and reporting capabilities, which are especially useful in situations where I need to share large volumes of data with others. The convenience Dropbox offers in file management during such challenging scenarios is invaluable. Moreover, it integrates well with Microsoft tools, enhancing its functionality in my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the cost of Dropbox can be a bit high, and it would be more appealing if it were lower. I also think that sharing files could be made easier and more secure when collaborating with colleagues, particularly regarding security concerns, which are quite significant for me.

Dropbox makes sharing files convenient during urgent situations and with multiple people, offering ease of use and useful features like file reporting.
I love Dropbox for my photography business-- easy to use to send photos to clients.

Still hard for some of my clients to figure out how to download/think they need to sign up for the software.

As a full time Realtor, I use Dropbox every single day to stay organized. It’s become the backbone of my digital filing system — I have folders for current clients, past clients, and even potential leads. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to find, which saves me so much time when I’m on the go.What I love most is the flexibility. I can access my files anywhere: from my laptop in the office, my phone in the field, or even offline during showings. It keeps my business running smoothly and helps me serve my clients more efficiently. I honestly don’t know how I’d manage my paperwork and contracts without it.

The only minor downside is that large files (like listing photos or videos) can take a bit longer to sync, but overall it runs very smoothly.

I have been using Dropbox for about ten years, and I love its efficiency and flexibility compared to other storage options like Google. The initial trial account was very helpful and since then, I have remained a loyal subscriber. The setup was incredibly straightforward, as I was able to install apps both on my iPhone and my Windows desktop, which allows me easy synchronization and access to files from different devices. I particularly value this feature, as it supports a seamless transition toward a paperless office environment by enabling mobile access for old contracts and agreements. Dropbox has been very efficient in this respect. The integration with Adobe is also a huge plus, as I often store PDF attachments from emails directly into Dropbox, ensuring they are safely stored in the cloud. Furthermore, the subscription cost of $120 annually for two terabytes of storage space is a great value, offering peace of mind that my data is safe even if something goes wrong with my phone or computer. Dropbox has proven to be a reliable platform that meets all of my needs.
