Life saver
What do you like best about the product?
I like the desktop app because I don't have to manually uploads my folders and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing yet. I've been using Dropbox since 2013 and it hasn't disappointed me yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had an unreliable PC when I was working on my undergrad dissertation in 2013 so I feared that my pc would crash at any given time, taking all my hard work along with it. Using Dropbox gave me peace of mind and I no longer had to fear that I'd lose my precious files.

What do you like best about the product?
Availability, easy to integrate, lots of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. When I send the link to my document to simeone who doesn't have the app installed, they can't open the link without installing the app, or at least they think so. It always takes my time to explain that there is the option to just open the document by the link.
2. I don't really need 2 Tb, I'd prefer to pay less for less space. I think it may attract more customers. And also there're other storages on the market with the same amount for less money, I'm thinking about it.

Crosd devices access.
Never had an issue, very easy to use.

In over 8 years of being in business I can't remember a single time that the site didn't work or my clients couldn't access a file I sent them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints- it has always worked for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Reliable and easy to use. Have been using it for at least 10 years and have not found a solution that works as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user who uses a Windows machine and a Mac was surprised to find functionality is very limited on a Mac. Opening and saving Excel and Word documents can be improved upon greatly.

Syn ING files between multiple devices which it does well.

I love to multiple folder options and storage size. Easy to navigate as well.

No downsides in my opinion. Very user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is useful and has lots of support in many 3rd party apps. There are also several ways to get some storage space for free.

The pricing for the larger amounts of storage can be a little higher than other options,

Storing data and allowing the sharing/access of the data on different devices and apps.
It is a good storage friendly app. It has a huge use scope.

The thing I like the most about Dropbox is that we can access the storage easily anywhere and is is very time saving.

I don't like the thing about it that we cannot use it to rum our application and at the end we have to convert it into a zip file.

It helps me locate my important files and application which I can easily share via link to anybody.
