Reliable, Versatile, and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for about ten years to synchronize personal documents between my family and me. I started using it in its early days when I had access to the Pack Rat feature, which was very appealing. I genuinely appreciate the ease of sharing files, whether I want to create a transfer or conduct a permanent share. The transfer feature is particularly useful, and I also value the screenshot sharing feature. I use Dropbox with other software such as Microsoft Office and GoodNotes, finding their integration seamless for my needs. It is easy to use on my phone, and I enjoy the search feature, along with the ability to access previous versions of files. These functionalities have significantly enhanced my productivity and organization.

Essential for File Backup and Seamless Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for over ten years to store and back up all my files on my Mac and to transfer large files to clients. The sharing features of Dropbox have become very useful, and I've started using the online paper as well. What I appreciate most is how easy it was to set up the app; duplicating files and setting them to sync was straightforward. I really like that my files reside on my device, which allows me to access them both online and offline. The ability to send files through the mobile app when I'm away from my computer is very helpful, especially for sharing presentations. The primary reasons I use Dropbox are for file backup and transfer, which are essential in my day-to-day activities. Additionally, I appreciate the capability to write notes using paper files and share them with other Dropbox users. These features make Dropbox indispensable for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the online structure of files in Dropbox is not as intuitive as it should be. The tools available for document collaboration feel primitive. It would be advantageous to have features akin to Google Docs, which offer a more seamless experience for real-time collaboration. I want the “local” file feel of a document for notes (as is the case with “paper”, but the ease of use and off line capability of apple notes. I would like tags, to find specific things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox for document backup and file transfer, allowing me to store and share large files easily, even on the go.

Dropbox has enabled me to store share and edit content with just a few clicks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation can sometimes be a bit clumsy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has been instrumental in addressing one of the main challenges of running a creative business like photo booth services: managing thousands of event photos, videos, and client files in an organized, accessible, and secure way. Before I started using Dropbox, sharing large photo booth galleries or design files with clients and team members was often a hassle. I had to rely on USB drives, deal with email attachment limits, or switch between different devices, which made the process cumbersome.
With Dropbox, all my files are now safely stored in one place and automatically synced across all my devices. I appreciate being able to upload event galleries directly from a venue, share custom folders with clients, and collaborate on designs or marketing materials without the worry of version control issues or misplaced files. This not only saves me valuable time but also allows me to provide a smoother and more professional experience for my clients, keeping everything efficient, organized, and stress-free.
