Perfect for small business signing needs
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is pretty much perfect for my needs. As a photographer, I've been using it for several years to sign and countersign contracts with my clients. My workflow is pretty simple: I generate a PDF with form fields, upload it to HelloSign, assign fields to signers, and send. Once contracts are signed, HelloSign emails everyone the completed copy. Easy peasy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two things that I feel are missing and would like HelloSign to add:
1. Groups for ordered signing. HS allows specifying a signer order (e.g. signer 1 needs to sign before signer 2 gets an email asking them to sign, ) but does not allow groups (e.g. signer 1 and 2 can sign in any order, which then triggers signer 3 to get an email to sign.
2. Labelled fields from PDFs. HelloSign currently detects PDF form fields and includes them in the document, but there doesn't seem to be a way to label those fields (e.g. "Name" etc), so every time I import my contract PDF for signing, I have to manually type the name of the field in the HelloSign interface. It's actually where I spend most of my time on HelloSign so this would be a big time saver.

HelloSign allows me to very easily send and sign contracts to my clients. A long time ago, I used to send PDFs and get scanned copies back, but e-sign is so much easier for everyone involved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use HelloSign. Contracts are essential for business and HelloSign makes getting signatures easy. This is a tool used by smaller agencies and corporations we've partnered with. Would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing not to like. The tool is very user friendly with the drag and drop features and we're happy using the tool.

Contracts get signed faster to get the work done for our clients.
Easy to use platform for the client.
Quick tags are easy to add for clients to initial for modifications/adjustments to the agreement.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have questions, I'm sure the HelloSign team would help, or a quick Youtube search might help. I haven't needed any tutorials. The tool is straightforward and simple to use.
Great Service, simpler pricing than competitors
What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is simple to use and less expensive than it's major competitor

The number of templates should be increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a tax office and have a lot of virtual clients. Hellosign makes getting engagements and final documents signed simple, easy, and fast.

I cannot think of anything that I dislike about this product.

Candidates can sign all forms and contracts needed for their specific job easily and quickly.

My favorite aspect of HelloSign is the ability to upload documents straight form Dropbox or my Google Docs.

I have not found anything that I dislike about the site!

I have realized that it is very simple to upload documents and remind signers to sign the document.
It's a great tool for e-signature. Using it for 3 years
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the easy interface, right from document loading to signature fields and then execution. Adding other people for informing about document signature is a great add-on. I liked it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes a bit longer than anticipated to upload the document. It's a little irritating at times, but it's not a deal breaker.

It's helping me immensely to get all the documents signed by my customers and adding great value to my business.
Great e-signature tool for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of HelloSign is a great feature. It speeds up the signature process significantly, automates reminders, and gives us one place to house all of ur signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that we dislike about HelloSign. It has great features for us, integrates with our CRM, and is very easy for our team to use and it continues to grow with us.

What do you like best about the product?
How quick and easy it is to use, especially once I've made my templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requests to sign a doc from HelloSign nearly always end up in Spam folders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 100 volunteers and need several documents signed annually, previously printed and mailed docs can now be sent quickly via HelloSign.
It's About Ease of Access
What do you like best about the product?
I used HelloSign to complete my onboarding documents two times away from my agency and to get started on time and with all my ducks in a row. In a professional capacity, I feel that it will inspire trust and represent goodwill for customers to know that their information is sent and received efficiently and securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a dislike at this time to bring up, but I suppose in comparison to seeing a file and touching it in real-time, it's not quite the same.

I have used it for rapid and secure document exchange. It allows me to save time, money, and expended energy to get through my to-do list.
