What do you like best about the product?
Been using it more than 10 years. Like the desktop feature best.
What do you dislike about the product?
File sync. Sometimes the synced files are deleted from pc or web if not properly synced

File sharing, saving in a secured web database.

Streaming is lightning fast. Also sharing is easier.

User interface is complex especially the folder management. Limited streaming time for free users shared content.

It is amzing to using dropbox and it help me a lots in research by sharing files with my supervisor and eassy to acess everywhere.

Space should be little more may be around 5 GB

Many times whatever i updated here it is easy to follow my collague in other country also.

I access files from my cellphone and also from my laptop easier..I also share to clients folders with contacts they require during tender submissions.

Nothing I can think of, it's serves me well.

File sharing is becoming easier. Irrespective of file size or content.

Being able to access my files across devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be a little easier to use. The way things are accessed within it periodically keep on changing, and that is hard to keep up with sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to access my files across multiple devices. As a result, I can refernce relevant information wherever I am. I can always look up what I need either on my computer, or on my phone, or on another device by accessing my account via a web browser.

It is somewhat expensive, compared to the other services (Google Cloud, OneCloud, ...).

1) to share a file, and collaborate with my peer worker - it is easy to share it using Dropbox, even if it is a really big video file (~GBs)
