Easy, efficient, flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, it syncs with my computer
What do you dislike about the product?
No longer a google app on Chrome makes use just that little bit more time consuming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When clients are reluctant to or dont have access to Google this is the easiest way to provide access. Most corporations do not block dropbox as they do other applications

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's pretty straightforward and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it glitches sometimes. Sometimes files can't be retrieved or saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It holds all of my files in the same place and keeps them saved.

It's very user friendly and keeps my transferred files very organized.

At times, large transfers can take an exorbitant amount of time to upload-hours even. Faster upload times would be optimal.

What do you like best about the product?
An easy way to organize your large files backed up from your phone is to create a folder structure on your computer or cloud storage. Start by categorizing files into main folders such as "Photos," "Videos," "Documents," and "Apps." Within each main folder, create subfolders based on date, event, or type of content. Use descriptive names for folders to make it easier to find specific files later. Additionally, consider using file management software or apps that can help automate the organization process.

Sometimes it's hard to find the download button. Wish it was an immediate option.

Dropbox is essential for our day to day needs!
What do you like best about the product?
We use it to store our files using our mobile phones and now with Dropbox sign, we can ask our clients to sign important documents too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate a few more gigs storage for free if possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients that are interstate can share large legal documents with us quickly. We have customers from interstate that we did not have the ability to service as easily.
Easy and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Dropbox is that it's cross compatible with Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, and Linux. I can use it everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Dropbox has more to do with my clients than Dropbox itself, but it's when sharing large files with clients, they almost never remove them without me having to pester them about it so I can reclaim the space. I guess it would be nice if files shared with others wouldn't count against both my space limitations and theirs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple and fast way to share files with clients and also have them handy on multiple devices. For instance, I'll print to pdf for receipts and movie tickets so they're in my phone on the go.
