Efficient, logical, safe way to save my documents.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access, reliable, great organizer, logical

There are no down sides for me. I haven't had any problems.

Protects my files should my computer crash.

The ability to upload large files from my computer and have access to it on my phone without having to download it to the storage of my device

Not enough free storage. You need to give us more storage for free.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the organisation of the sites and the storage capabilities. It is also very easy to use and facilitates unity across systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of not having enough storage on personal or buisness devices to complete tasks. It benefits me by creating an environment that is easy to use and functional across devices.
It works, but they won't support your older computere
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to deal with, you can choose what is stored locally vs just the cloud. Dependable.
What do you dislike about the product?
When they decide your computer and OS are too old, not only do you lose access to updates and new features, THEY LITERALLY TURN IT OFF on your computer. Many music producers like me don't keep up on OS upgrades because it ALWAYS breaks one or more of the 50+ vendors' products I use. So my 2016 Mac which works perfectly? A big middle-finger from Dropbox.

Backup and access everywhere, sharing music production across many locations and computers.

What do you like best about the product?
DropBox allows me to access work and personal documents from anywhere... laptop, phone, tablet. This is extremely helpful when traveling. Super easy to use!

Sometimes syncing with isn't as fast as I would like

I am able to keep all of my clients documents and not worry about having them in separate files. When they ask me for docs years later I know I still have them.
Simple, perfect, works without any effort 100%

It just works without fuss and you can access it from any computer on earth

little expensive and sometimes I think it is a little complicated when I want to do more advanced file sharing

Pictures, files, music, things that take up a lot of memory, pretty much everything I save I save on my drobbox

Sync pioneer and still best in what they do.
Rarely pioneers keep their crown but dropbox is still the best.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for many years and it meets my needs very well. I like the online storage options, look of the site, it's ease of use, the ability to use it on your desktop and mobile, etc. There isn't anything bad about it other than it is not free when you have a lot of data to store.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course we all want everything for free.
