Great for storage

I like that Dropbox can integrate with just about every computer and mobile device available.

I wish it were cheaper, but I'm also a realist.

Dropbox solves my problem of being able to access files from just about any device that I'm likely to use. It benefits me by not having to buy external hard drives to store my data.
Reliable storage space
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that I don't have to worry about Dropbox at all. In the time I've been using Dropbox, I haven't had any problems. I know I can share data on other devices, even if I don't use this option extremely often.
For my peace of mind, I know that if I accidentally delete a file, I can recover it in about 30 days. That's a pretty good backup.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any drawbacks, perhaps more space would be useful. I'd have to buy some more, I guess.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is extremely fast and easy to set up. I love the file integration between my laptop, Android, and desktop. It's faster and easier to access files from the cloud than it ever was to use to flash drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limiting the amount of connected devices to three devices is a little frustrating, but it is available in pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped save time when going back and forth between different devices and being able to collaborate live with other users.
Great tool for the piece of mind

Keeping my files on Dropbox gives me the peace of mind that if anything happens to my devices, I won't lose any work or personal memories

The photo backup is much worse than Google Photos feature-wise

- backup faster, and keep the file history up to 6 months based on what we subscribed the services
- running as a service in the Windows server also smooth for day-to-day
- faster recovery if the file is a lost version or history of change.
- highlight files on the dashboard easy to check what file has recently been modified it keeps me on the same page with the team on which file has been modified recently.
- file sharing security is the most powerful for us to share with our customers, especially the construction plan and set the password and the expiration date.
- the amazing feature can store the big file of the construction plan which solves many problems for us related to the construction plan.
- customer support is quicker to respond during we have a problem and open the ticket.

it's pretty good already, I have no comment about this as it meets my business requirement already.

last two years ago we are using a normal file server, but we have no backup solutions, one day the file is broken and corrupt, then we start looking for solutions to have a replication copy to the cloud, while we search on the internet and we start to evaluate we find out that dropbox meet our expectation after we do the proof of concept test on it, and now it runs over 2 years without a hick up at all, very smooth operation, we run it as a service in the local file server windows server 2019, every file change it sync to the cloud, last year we have problem with file server corrupt on the local we sync back to the local server without losing any bit of file, thank you dropbox solved our problem..
another story working with the customer sending the big file by email is not easy especially since the master plan also stores the secure plan, but dropbox helped us a lot on this security matter, allowing big file sharing with high security and encryptions.

Streamlines Workflow, But Storage Could Be Cheaper
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Dropbox helps me keep all my files organized and accessible from several devices. I really enjoy features like scanning documents, taking pictures, sharing docs, and seeing older versions—they streamline my workflow daily. The initial setup was super easy, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more than 5GB. I think the pricing model can be improved, make it a bit cheaper.

Loading files on mobile app is quite slow.
