Business Development
What do you like best about the product?
I have a much higher rate of signed/approved contracts and proofs. Documents are returned faster, which frees up time for our team to work on other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little while to get used to the steps/process. It would be nice if it was one longer page vs clicking next to multiple pages. I get a lot of questions from team members as they learn the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster document response. This frees up team members to focus on biz dev vs. sending reminders.

GREAT APP, WISH IT HAD SOME FUNCTIONALITY TO CORRECT FIELD PLACEMENTS AND NOT TO HAVE TO RESEND IT
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive. Clean UX. Easy to manage. Supports every format.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the title says, I wish it had a functionality to correct field placements when you mess it up.
I'm also imagining that if you upload a word document, it would be nice to be able to correct some things right there on the spot and to come back to the document and have to upload it all over again.

Very user friendly secure doc program!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and very user friendly. It also sends me reminders when people haven't signed agreements yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation bar is on the left rather than the top. It's not that I dislike, but it takes a little getting used to. I also wish there was a notification for documents that are pending or need review so it's easier for me to see and find when I'm looking for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the reminders! I always forgot to check in with clients on when they will be signing and hellosign does that for me. There's no more back and forth, and it's easy for them to sign. No more downloading, signing, sending. I like the automation of it all. Saves me so much time!

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to upload templates that I can use over and over. The different field types that are available make your contracts easily customizable, and overall I find the functionalty of this platform to be easy to use, secure, and quick! I really enjoy this platform and recommend it to all my friends in business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike particularly, though if I had to choose, it would be nice in the 'documents' section to have a name or inital preview for who each contract was for so that you didn't have to click on each one to find the one you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helps remove a barrier from someone signing up with me by allowing contracts to be signed online quickly. It saves me time and paper, and has overall helped to keep my business and my clients protected.
HelloSign is my Go-to Esignature Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to be able to send reminders to my clients. This is especially useful if my clients haven't checked their email, I can give them a call and resend this very quickly to them while over the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with using HelloSign. Very pleasant experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign helps make it easier for clients to sign in the convenience of their own home or on their own time. There is no need to step inside of an office unless an original signature is required for some reason.
Easy and Seamless for my Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is so easy, the user interface is simple and clean. We're a marketing agency and we use it for all our influencer marketing and it works great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had something bad, but I don't - no comparison to its competitors for me.

Its a simple way to connect with our partners, clients and anyone that needs a seamless experience for document signing. My clients and partners love it!

It has solved the problem of sending digital forms with patient names on them. I can trust that nothing will be comprimised

I like the ability to use templates so that I only need to set up standard documents that I use once. I also like the notifications to show me the progress my clients are making in signing the required documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I can't think of anything I dislike or a downside to using HelloSign. I researched several other providers to see if I could find a better fit and stayed with HelloSign because it works and does everything I need.

I've automated my client contract signing process which makes the onboarding process easier for me and my clients. Prior to HelloSign, I emailed digital documents back and forth which was a hassle and time-consuming.
Easy and Thorough Paperless Paper Trail
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HelloSign with a non-profit that provides confidential services for three months now. It has all the features I need to send documents easily and tracks viewing and signing history for a legally robust paper trail.

There are some moments when HelloSign might be unavailable due to central operations but other than that, it is very convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the pandemic, when social distancing is very important, and during crisis-management situations when we need to get papers signed quickly, I don't know what we would have done without the functionality and ease of use of HelloSign.
