Fast and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like knowing when a client has reviewed or seen the document and that a copy of the fully executed document is auto-sent to all parties when finished. Huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a little more clarity on using templates, but this is probably on me for not digging into the services a bit more on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts/Leases/Documents are much easier to handle and reference back to should I need them in the future.

User friendly for businesses and clients!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Hello Sign is how easy it is to navigate. Often times it's easy on the business end, but difficult to explain to the client or signers. HelloSign is mutually beneficial for both parties!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is not being able to edit a document once it's sent, but that makes HelloSign even more legit because it is a legal document being signed. It makes me feel comfortable knowing I don't have to worry about my document being tampered with!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I haven't had problems with HelloSign. At times, I've been a bit confused with the templates, but that is something I need to read up on as I'm sure there are FAQs and guides on this. It's extremely beneficial for my company since we're always sending out contracts and need them to be signed correctly. This leaves little to no room for error when using HelloSign!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using HelloSign, especially for a small business. I feel like users get the most out of their money with this product!

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is very easy to use! We use HelloSIgn for our church volunteers, and I get updates whenever someone views or signs a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing--it's been great! Sometimes I forgot my login, but that's my fault. ;-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love not having to keep up with papers. Volunteers can sign the document online, and I can file it electronically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product if you are tired of dealing with papers!
Great Software for Employees
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to maneuver thru the site. I also like the fact that it keeps our affiliate's W-9 in a secure and organized place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving organizational problems. I realized that having a system like this keeps all of our tax info in tact.
Smooth work flow, fair price
What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates. Just fill in a few fields and everything else gets generated. No need for custom editing each contract via ms word. Cuts out about 5 steps in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could use some improvements. Seems like commonly used features are nested a little too deep... In other words it requires a few more clicks than necessary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and helps with version control. I don't need to create a separate word file for every draft contract. Basically I just use the template to generate a document that becomes part of the final contract signed.

Everything is clearly laid out on the pages and it is easy to find out what to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The aligning of the signature blocks is a little clunky. Ideally, we can just have this a full section automatically when you click.

The ease of sending docs for signing, and the auto-reminders are an awesome benefit.

The ease of use. Giving any pdf a signature from any mobile device has cut back so much on chasing down people.

Sometimes the emails to sign go to junkmail and people cannot find them.

We use them for contracts and financial documents for approvals.

If you want an easy interface to get digital signatures, HelloSign is your pace.
PDF filler/Document Signer saver
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can get documents sent out for signatures with SUPER simple steps. Emailing out signed copies is a breeze with this tool. While I have not used Docusign, the plans with HelloSign are much more cost effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. This tool works as intended and will even simplify/keep your documents organized. I found HelloSign after exhausting all the "free" PDF Fillers out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding a PDF filler is extremely annoying. HelloSign lets you customize your PDF and sends it out to our clients for signature. The entire process is professional.
