Dropbox is great
What do you like best about the product?
I like how each it is to use Dropbox and how accessible it is from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't an affordable option for more storage. I wish there was an in between the free and next paid tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my storage problem
Great product to keep your stuff backed
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to keep items backed up on the cloud. Works in the background. I have used it for 12 years now

Limited free storage, only 5 GB. You can only go back a few versions back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can work across multiple machines without having to physical move files.

Ease of use and ability to grab storage from almost any program out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annual price of 1TB of storage, and the clunkiness it has when grabbing files and storage on iPhone in another app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing my very large files such as school assignments, personal documents such as apt leases, and photos and videos that clog storage on my devices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send files and leave them up and not have them on my hard drive at the same time. I like that they don't expire in the cloud until I actually delete them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could incorporate my own branding into the dropbox folders I send. I'm a photographer and I know the folders I send get passed around a lot and sometimes the people who end up with them don't know where they came from or who the photographer was. I wish there was something where the page/folder/whatever incorporated my name and info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to send images to clients
It's better than Google drive
What do you like best about the product?
It's not Google drive. Google drive doesn't organize files like a regular file system which is really annoying.
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs more than Google drive. Which is annoying.

Getting files to people. It's nice to not have to mail hard drives.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been reliable for me since 2010 when I would refer college friends to get more storage. It just works. It's easy to create folders and manage files similar to windows. That's the biggest compliment is ease of use and no frills approach to cloud storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can no longer refer friends to get more storage but everyone is moving to subscription model. It is difficult to say it's worth me upgrading away from my free tier when there are other options that integrate with my personal and work life.

Allows me to share files easily and not have to manage multiple versions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have not had a issue with the service. I can't remember it ever going down or being unavailable. I use it sometimes as it is easier to use than other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use it on mobile devices as I find it a bit too much to use there. It also has cost associated with the subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to share drafts of documents without the worry of size limitations. This makes the drafts move more quickly through revision steps.

It is compatible with many different user interfaces, products, and devices.

It's not that engaging and doesn't have a lot of extra features that make me want to use it
